Jan, We’re very sorry to hear of your rating 6 out of 10. Unfortunately, we cannot control nature, weather, or outdoor bugs As far as the heater No pool heater was ever mentioned in our description however, for those in the future, a heater is to be installed next season 2026. I hope you were satisfied with the communication being that you texted, called and emailed at least once a day to which we responded promptly. As you mentioned yourself, the house is magnificent. It is over 200 years old made of stone therefore occasional you could have a spider or a bee during the summer months.
