Discover your lakeside haven in this stunning 5BR Beaver Lake vacation home. With a beautiful heated/chilled pool (Mar - Oct) and a year round hot tub overlooking the lake, a fully renovated interior, and easy access to local attractions, this retreat offers the perfect blend of luxury, comfort, and convenience. Ideal for families or friends, create lasting memories in this picturesque escape.

PARTIES OR LOUD GATHERINGS NOT ALLOWED & $1K FINE WILL BE ASSESSED AND EVICTION FOR BREAKING HOUSE RULES OR DISTURBING NEIGHBORS

The POOL is CLOSED during the winter season from November 1st to March 1st.

Pool Rules:
Please note that glass cups and containers are strictly prohibited around the pool to ensure safety and avoid damage. Any breaking may require draining and cleaning of the hot tub and in such cases a $1000 fee will be charged to cover the additional costs.

Hot Tub Rules:
Please note that no beverages are allowed in or around the hot tub, and glass containers are strictly prohibited to ensure safety and avoid damage. Any spills or breakage may require draining or excessive cleaning of the hot tub, and in such cases, a $300 fee will be charged to cover these additional costs.

The house has a great location, beautiful views, and is in a quiet neighborhood. It accommodated our large group well.Unfortunately, cleanliness was a major issue. The house was very dusty, including fans, cabinets, and surfaces. There were not enough comforters for all guests, and both bathrooms had mold.While communication with the host was good initially, they stopped responding after we mentioned the cleaning problems.

Great house with a great view of the lake. It took a couple of days to figure out the Nest thermostat. The house was very cold. I must not have adjusted it properly since after it warmed up it turned very cold again. Has to be a high utilities bill. When I booked it, I saw 3 1/2 baths. Unfortunately there was only one on the upper level that had to be shared with 5 people. The only other suggestion would be to replace the gas grill. It was a dangerous fire that toasted our brats and hamburgers.

We checked in and unfortunately the house wasn't cleaned. I reached out to the host and she immediately came and took care of our needs! Very responsive! The house was spacious enough for the whole family to enjoy! Gorgeous views

Our big family of 14 had a great stay. We loved the house and the pool. We brought two air mattresses and it was perfect for sleeping arrangements! Lots of space.

Wedding Weekend

My husband and I with our extended family were in NWA for my daughter’s wedding in Bentonville. We thoroughly enjoyed the house. It had plenty of room for the eleven of us. The bedrooms had comfortable beds and were very spacious. Plenty of closet space too! The sofa beds were typical sofa beds, so they weren’t as comfortable as the beds in the bedroom. The whole family enjoyed the hot tub since we were there in January. Lastly, the game room was perfect for the young adults. Thank you, Chris, for accommodating us with all our requests. Overall, a wonderful experience! room

Great Location and Nice Home

We booked this home for U of Arkansas graduation with family and friends. It was a perfect set up for what we needed. Great little neighborhood with beautiful views. The house was very nice and the layout worked perfectly for our group. There was a small amount of trash left outside from the previous group, but it was cold out so we didn't use the outside of the home. I think the cleaning crew just missed those few items. The heated pool closes for the winter so just be aware of that. The management company communicated well and check in and out were easy. I highly recommend this home.

Nice place for a get away stay

The house was very spacious (there was 7 of us in our family group). We had everything we needed to relax, cook, swim, and just sit on the deck and look at the lake. It was a little challenging to get to the house from Springdale and from the house to various restaurants, playgrounds and parks( the roads were very curvy with numerous stops and turns. If you have a cell phone there should be no problem getting to/from the house. Very relaxing atmosphere.

Disappointing but beautiful

Beautiful home and beautiful view but disappointing experience with the owner. The listing stated the pool was open from April/Oct, so since it didn't say anything about the hot tub specifically being closed and it was advertising it, we assumed it was open. We were on a girls trip and that was a big selling point for the birthday girl and group. It was my mistake for not clarifying about the hot tub prior to booking. A couple days before the trip I wanted to make sure the hot tub was open because everyone was so excited. When I inquired, the owner said it was not open. I responded with, was that in the listing because I didn't see it. His only response was yes which was inaccurate but also rude in my opinion. At very least I would have expected an acknowledgement or apology for the posting being misleading. That initial interaction and no hot tub definitely put a damper on the trip and made some other minor issues with the house seem much bigger. The house is also pretty far out so if you're looking for convenience this probably not the house for you. You also have extremely close neighbors and some of the homes are not well kept.

Visit

The property was amazing. Just like the pictures portray. The surrounding scenery was fabulous. The property managers response time was always within an hour or shorter and very helpful. We came for a visit with 4 boys and 4 moms and the accommodations were a perfect. The booking was easy Everyone was comfortable and really enjoyed it. Thank you again we enjoyed every bit of it.

Lovely Family Getaway

My family and I just returned from a stay at this property and we had a wonderful time. The house was so accommodating for two small children. The view was beyond and we love that it was nestled back away from the crowds, yet close enough to civilization to be about to easily done out. We definitely plan on returning.
