Come relax at this hidden gem. This home is beautiful and newly renovated with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and a cozy screened-in turfed lanai. Our upscale amenities include a full chef's kitchen, fast WiFi, a washer/dryer, A/C, heat. The perfect "home base" for a Jacksonville stay!
The open floor plan between the kitchen, dining, and living room is perfect for keeping your friends and family together under one roof.
The master bedroom is furnished with a king bed and ensuite bathroom. Bedroom 2 is furnished with a queen bed. Bedroom 3 is perfect for children/family/friends with 2 twin beds. All bedrooms are equipped with ceiling fans. Along with the living room pull-out sofa. This home sleeps up to 8 people.
The idyllic living room has a 55" smart TV. You may log into you're own Netflix, Hulu, etc. The kitchen opens up to the dining and living room area with a full view of the TV overlooking the breakfast bar. In the gourmet kitchen, you'll find sleek stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and cabinets stocked with an abundance of all the dishes, cookware, and utensils you could need. Along with a dishwasher, coffee maker, and toaster of course!
Enjoy your coffee outside in the screened-in lanai, accompanied by the fenced-in backyard. Kick back and relax.
Please note: To abide by local legal requirements, you may be asked to complete a secure verification portal by providing a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirming your contact information and sharing the purpose of your stay. HOUSE RULES:
➢GUESTS WHO WILL BOOK SHOULD BE 25 YEARS OLD AND ABOVE. IN CASE WE DISCOVER THAT YOU ARE BELOW THE AGE REQUIREMENT, WE HAVE THE RIGHT TO TERMINATE THE RESERVATION.
➢This listing is pet-friendly-Due to cat allergies, please refrain from bringing cats.
➢ ALL hours are quiet hours, please be respectful of neighbors
➢ *No parties, events or gatherings allowed on site*
➢Strictly no smoking inside the property! Penalty: $3000
➢Cars on the street will be towed at guest expense.
➢ After 4 guests, we charge $15 per person, per night.
➢ If there are any undisclosed guests,we can terminate the reservation right away without a refund for violating our house rules, and there will be a $500 fine per undisclosed person.
➢ Communicate problems at check-in or upon discovery to give the host a chance to remedy
➢ Host, maintenance staff, cleaning staff, owner, or another designee may come to the home as the need arises. Notice will be given if possible.
➢ Cameras if present, are placed for the exterior of the property only. Refer to your booking to confirm if cameras are present.
➢If a grill is an amenity at this listing, we do not maintain them and we recommend cleaning the grill before and after each use.
➢ If you open it, close it; if you borrow it, return it; if you turn it on, turn it off; if you break it, fix it; if you use it, take care of it; if you make a mess, clean it up; if you move it, put it back; if you smoke it, smoke it outside; if you drink it, drink it inside... cleaning fees are for the preparation of your stay and do not cover deep cleans due to improper checkouts...

Pet poop should be picked up, no poop should be left in the property.
When left alone should be crated.
ADDITIONAL FEES MAY OCCUR IF THERE ARE ANY DAMAGES BY THE PET.

➢ Additional fee may occur if excessive shedding/pet fur is left after departure.
➢ Bully breeds are not allowed, multiple pets require prior approval
