Your canine friends are welcomed to! Up to 2 pets allowed, MAX WEIGHT LIMIT: 25-50 lbs. There is a pet fee related to your dogs.

Select breeds including Rottweiler, Pit Bull Terrier, Staffordshire Terrier, Boxer, German Shepherd, Presa Canario, American or Miniature Bulldog, Chow Chow, Doberman Pinscher, Akita, Wolf-hybrid, Mastiff, Cane Corso, Great Dane, Alaskan Malamute, and Husky are not permitted. ***Other Breed Restrictions may apply***

There is an oceanfront pool, a kids' pool and a lazy river. Dining options include a casual waterfront restaurant with a bar and lounge, and an Starbucks bar in the lobby.

Free parking is provided to guests at The Patricia Grand located in the parking garage across from the resort. 2 passes will be provided for you when you enter the condo. There is also a 15 minute loading/unloading area in front of the resort.

**Guests receive a starter pack of toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap. Once the starter pack is finished, guests are responsible for purchasing items**

** Each guests during your stay is provided with 1 towel, 1 wash cloth, 1 hand towel**

**Renter agreement will need to be completed and signed**

**Late checkout fee will be charged to guests, if guests requests late checkout 24 hours before checking out, and if we can accommodate late check out**

**Your payment method may be charged if you or your guests or pets cause damage or missing items from the property during your stay**

**Best way to contact us is via this site that is monitored daily. Inquires and bookings late in the evening will be processed and answered the next day**

**Please remember, this is a non-smoking resort, including the balcony. Smoking is permitted in the designated areas. **

**No motorcycles, RVs, or trailers permitted in parking garage. There is on street paid parking available if needed. **

**This is a pet-friendly resort**

**All reservations must be made by the person staying in this room and is of at least 21 years of age.**

**Please be mindful and abide by the resorts quiet time of 11pm to 7am**

**Resort Amenities are not guaranteed and may be changed, removed, or become unavailable at any time without prior notice. This includes, but is not limited to, items such as pools, hot tubs, pool heaters, and beach equipment. No compensation will be provided for unavailable or removed amenities**
