Gorgeous home, 3 bedrooms/2 baths each unit (upper & lower) with incredible panoramic ocean views of beach, white water, Catalina Island and of course awesome sunsets. Located on the boardwalk and just a short walk to restaurants, shopping and piers.

Beautifully decorated with updated kitchen, baths and new large flat screen TV in living room. Large kitchen and living room open up to double French doors that offer the sweeping oceanfront views.

Huge Master Suite also has private kitchenette and full bath.

Completely remodeled kitchen and baths in upper unit.

This oceanfront beauty has it all and will provide your family and friends the perfect beach vacation.

Need more space? Other unit also available. Please contact us for details to rent both levels of this home.

ACCOMODATIONS:
(UPPER/LOWER UNIT:) One king, 2 double beds/one king, one queen, 2 double beds, 2 twin beds. Mattress pads, pillows, blankets supplied.
Linens are not supplied and need to be arranged by the guest.

Had a great time. Always love getting out of the Arizona heat and going to the beach. The condo was awesome. Very clean and very comfortable. Would definitely refer others to stay at this condo

One word - WOW!

We were looking for a place for 7 months and were fortunate enough to stumble upon this place. It is normally booked, so we were very lucky. It is the BEST location on balboa island! It is a short walk to restaurants, shops and pier one way and Huntington Beach the other way. Your backyard is literally the beach/ocean. You walk right out your door onto the boardwalk or sand/beach. It is very relaxing and the perfect place to rejuvenate. And, we LOVE Jane and Bill - the owners! They are the nicest people you will ever meet. They are extremely responsive and go out of their way to pamper you and ensure you have everything you need, including providing coals to BBQ and logs for the fireplace to enjoy on cold evenings. The view and sunsets are breathtaking! It's so exciting every time we see the dolphins! It is all about the location, lifestyle, sightseeing and phenomenal views! We have grown quite accustomed to the beach lifestyle and it will be difficult to leave! I've told them they may have to evict us! :)

Relaxing

My family and I had such a wonderful time during our stay in Newport. The house was beautiful and the views were absolutely stunning. I truly enjoyed drinking my coffee out on the balcony watching the dolphins each morning. Without a doubt we will be returning!!!

Really great place to relax!!

This was just what the doctor ordered! We really needed a break from it all and Jane made it happen. She was point on when she said best location in Newport Beach. We parked our car in the garage when we arrived and did not need it the whole week! We walked to the market, several restaurants, the pier, even the church was walking distance. The house was perfect for our family, even our little "Pebbles" loved it. We will definitely be back :)

SOOO Relaxing

We had such a great family vacation!! Jane was a pleasure to work with and the house was everything we needed. We could walk every where! Restaurants, the pier, the market, bars... Can't wait to come back. Barbequing and relaxing the whole family had the best time ever!!

Wonderful beachfront property

Our family of four stayed here for two months during a remodel of our home. The place was completely furnished and whatever we needed, was provided by the friendly owner. We will absolutely rent this beach house again. Hearing the sounds of the ocean every minute was so relaxing.

Amazing Rental

We stayed in this house for 2 nights in October. The place is absolutely awesome. We had 4 adults, an infant and a dog and can't imaging a more perfect place to stay. Right on the beach and boardwalk, walking distance from the pier, a supermarket and the amazing Bear Flag Fish Company. Jane was excellent as well. This was a last minute rental and she was very easy to get in touch with and responded to emails and calls very promptly. She did everything possible to make renting easy and our stay outstanding. Overall a 5 star experience. We will be back!

Great location

This was our first time renting on the boardwalk and had a great time. The owners were very easy to work with. Walking distance to the Newport Pier, shopping strip and restaurants was perfect! We would definitely stay here again.

Best on the Newport Peninsula

This was my 5th year staying in this particular house with my friends. Ownership has recently changed, for the better. The new owner, Jane, is wonderful and makes sure your stay is also wonderful. The location of the house is perfect, right on the sand, walking distance to Vons and The Bear Flag Fish Co (very fresh fish, for the bbq), and walking distance to numerous restaurants. The house has a large living room with patio doors opening out to the beach, perfect for watching the sun setting next to Catalina island. For the price, this is the best oceanfront pad on the peninsula, bar none.

Perfect location

My family and I stayed in the upper unit and loved it. We had privacy from boardwalk but had easy access to it. Everything one could need is within a 5 minute walk or less, restaurants,grocery store,nail salon,cleaners,you become spoiled! You're close enough to the pier where there are few bars, little eating spots,beach type stores,but far enough where crowd and noise don't bother. The owners are the nicest people,very personable, which is always a plus with any renting situation. We have a young child and it was a very comfortable and safe setting. It's also a 15-20 minute drive to Disney and Angels baseball stadium. I could go on about how great this location was. Highly recommend! You won't be disappointed. The view,sunsets(amazing), and breeze are instant peace and relaxation from the moment you walk in. Loved it!

I just had to share what a great time my family and I had at this wonderful beach home. We have been coming to Newport for years and have stayed at numerous houses, nothing compares to this. Not only a fabulous location (close to the market and on the boardwalk) but also decorated SOOOO nice and taken care of with owner pride. I was proud to have family and friends stop by to visit, not like other beach houses we've rented where we just kind of laughed it off "oh well, it's the beach". I am booking now for next year :) Can't wait for next summer.

Great Beach House on the Ocean

I have stayed at this house every summer for the past several years. I rented through an agency. Just days ago the agency told me there was a new owner and they would only be letting friends and family use the house. I was very disappointed but started my search for a vacation home at Newport Beach. I am so glad I found "my house" on VBRO and the owners are in fact renting it to the public. They are just not using an agency. I am delighted. Anyway the house. This a great house and I highly recommend it. It is right on the ocean and the boardwalk. There is a large living room and the two french doors (you see in the picture) open and you feel like you are right outside. The kitchen is upgraded (granite etc) and I cook while I look those open doors at the ocean.The bedrooms are very good size and the master suite has it's own kitchen. The extra refrigerator is great. I I have rented a lot of house on the boardwalk. This is my favorite.
