You have found the perfect cabin for your 3 families to escape the grind and enjoy the Great Smoky Mountains. 3 king suites each with private baths, upgraded bedding and spa bathrooms. A loft bunk area for the kids sleeping up to 8. Dine as a group in your fully equipped kitchen with dining area.

Relax in the great room or in your 101 degree hot tub while the kids enjoy a movie in the theater room or play in the loft game room.

A convenient location, this cabin is just 10 minutes to Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg.

Free WIFI, a washer / dryer, iron and ironing board, and paved parking are included for your convenience. All linens and towels are provided as well as a starter supply of paper towels, toilet paper, soaps and detergents.

Host requires the guest to sign a rental management agreement prior to allowing access to the unit. The agreement details our cancellation policy, terms and conditions. Must be 21 or older to reserve a cabin and person booking must be staying in the cabin.

We provide a starter supply of paper products, detergents and soaps and coffee filters. We do not supply shampoo, conditioner, body wash and there are no pantry items, spices, salt & pepper or coffee included - guests should bring these items.

This cabin is professionally managed by Elk Springs Resort Cabin Rentals in Gatlinburg, TN. We provide concierge service as well as dispatched maintenance and housekeeping should you need assistance during your stay. Family Mountain Getaway

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Cabin with so much to do with the family. I do have a few critiques that will prevent me from a complete 5 star rating... The floors were very loud and squeaky throughout the house. The main floor bed was also very loud and creaked with any slight movement. Also one of the rocker chairs on the deck didn't rock. Overall a great cabin.

I really appreciated that each bedroom had a king bed and nice shower (Instead of one main bedroom). The decks on the cabin are beautiful. My only complaint is the mountain view was only viewable from one corner of the third floor deck.

From the spacious layout to the peaceful surroundings, everything was perfect. One of the things we really appreciated was that each level had its own half bath—so convenient, and no need to enter any of the bedrooms just to use the restroom.The cabin was clean, cozy, and had plenty of room for everyone to relax. We enjoyed the hot tub, the theater room, and even got a little surprise—we saw a couple of bears! 🐻😮 Definitely added to the mountain adventure experience!The power in the area did go out briefly (about an hour), but as soon as we called to get the internet restored for the theater TV, someone came promptly. They were professional, friendly, and had us back up and running in no time.It was the perfect balance of seclusion and convenience—not too far from downtown Gatlinburg but still private and serene. We would absolutely stay here again.

Played many games of pool. The kitchen stocked with everything you need to cook. We we surprised that there was a grill out on the deck that we were not expecting. We had a great time and will definitely be back in the future.

Very roomy and comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped. Each bedroom has its own full bath with shower. The road to the cabin was steep and very very winding. It would not be suitable during icy conditions.

Great cabin

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location and the cabin were awesome. The was plenty of room and it had all the kitchen utensils that we needed. The jacuzzi worked great and arcade did also. The only complaint that I have is not the cabins fault is that the water smells real bad. We originally thought it was just the cabin but we found out that the water all around the area smells bad. The refrigerator does have filtered water on it so we used it the entire time. We will definitely use Elk Spring cabins again if we are ever in the are. Highly recommend this cabin for your sta

A perfect girl's getaway!

We watched movies, played pool,relaxed in the Jacuzzi,& grilled out. This cabin had all the room we needed even plenty of bathrooms to accommodate all of us women. The only negative is the ride up to the cabin can be a little scary but worth it!

Lovely Cabin

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My only suggestion would be to have your cleaning crew be more thorough. They left crumbs and spaghetti noodles on the counters. They left a large red stain on the bedding and hairs. We had to wash the covers and encasement before laying down to ensure sanitation which took several hours. Other than that everything was perfect. Very grateful that we were allowed in early to accommodate my wheelchair bound add. The location has great views but a scary ride up as the road is only wide enough for one car at a time. I would suggest 4x4 on a snowy day. My kids had a blast, very kid and family friendly cabin!

Awesome family vacation

The home was spacious and cozy at the same time. There were 8 of us for the first 4 days and we had plenty of room and had a blast watching the wildlife. We will use Elk Springs again next time.

We were able to have a bear sighting and was an all around nice place to stay. We did have a maintenance issue that needed addressing but it was taken care of fast, effectively and with great customer service.

View was spectacular! Only bad thing was poor Wi-Fi. Couldn't stream movies in the "Theater Room" or any other place in the cabin. Had to use our own mobile data.

The floors were not clean, the deck areas were very dirty, appliances not working,washer dryer had to be repaired twice. Doors wouldn't lock. The list goes on.
