Welcome to A Bear's Creek Oasis! This newly built (2024) 2 bedroom, 2-and-a-half bath cabin is part of the memorable Bear Creek Crossing resort. Located at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac You will be surrounded by woods yet only 10 mins from the excitement of Pigeon Forge. Your cabin has parking for 3 vehicles, an arcade room, plenty of comfy outdoor seating, and a private indoor pool! You can also enjoy the free mini-putting course and indoor/outdoor pool offered by Bear Creek Crossing Resort.

Entry Level
The entry-level of the cabin has your living area, kitchen, dining and a king bedroom with an en-suite bathroom. Relax on the comfortable furnishing in the living room (including a sleeper sofa for additional sleeping arrangements), armed chairs, and a flat-screen HDTV. Cozy up by the electric fireplace or sit back and relax after a long day of hiking. Step into the fully equipped kitchen for meal prep, coffee refills, snack attacks, and cookie time. Fully equipped with a stainless-steel refrigerator, stove, microwave, and dishwasher plus cutlery, cookware, mugs, dinnerware, and more. Create a breakfast buffet, set out a lunch spread, and serve dinner for 10 with ease. You may also enjoy dining al fresco on the main level deck while enjoying the views and the serenity of nature.

Mid-Level
The mid-level features an arcade room and a king bedroom with an en-suite bathroom. The arcade room features playtime with a 2 arcade machine options with 90's style 2-player games and 80s style 60-game multi-cade with all of your old-school favorites like Pac-Man, Galaga, or Donkey Kong. Enjoy a large flat-screen HDTV to watch the game while waiting your turn for the arcade games. There is also a queen-over-queen bunk bed for additional sleeping space.

Lower Level
Travel to the lower level and enjoy your own private indoor heated pool in the smokies! There is a half bath for additional convenience (no glass please). Head out to the deck on this level to find the hot tub and soak away the sore muscles from all of your hiking and shopping.

Location: 12 miles to Gatlinburg, 7 miles to Dollywood, 5 miles to Ripken Experience, 10 miles to the National Park.

The cabin was beautiful, The only real issue we had was the internet was a little bit in and out. And the first day that we arrived the hot tub was not working, But we called management and they had it fixed for us the next day. I would recommend this cabin very highly. And I'm sure we will be back soon.

Nice cabin experience

Amazing cabin!

We come to Pigeon Forge usually twice a year and this has been the BEST cabin weā€™ve ever stayed at. It was so spacious, clean, and a perfect location. My son loved the indoor pool and arcade games. Master bedroom upstairs had the most comfortable bed. This cabin had everything we needed. We will definitely rent again for future stays!

Wonderful Stay!

My family and I had a wonderful time! Check-in was a breeze. Well stocked kitchen of all the necessary supplies. Super clean! The beds are very comfortable. Bear Tracts made our first time at Pigeon Forge a wonderful experience! Th only change I would make is lowering the TVs. They are hung very high and everyone was straining their necks to watch the TVs. Regardless, it is a beautiful cabin and would definitely want to book again! Thanks Bear Tracts!

Cabin was great. Family loved the place. They have Roku which was somewhat difficult to navigate and find live tv. Would recommend leaving a placard with basic instructions on how to use it. Water dispenser on fridge was dirty and I texted the manager who was responsive to my text.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was somewhat unhappy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I'll start by saying, most of our issues were personal preference. They were prompt in their responses when we did reach out and the management is very kind and professional.It was not worth the price we paid and that's my biggest issue. When you spend over 3 grand to stay somewhere for 5 nights, you expect a great deal more. This would be a 5 star stay if we spent closer to 2 grand but for the price, no. We have stayed in Pigeon Forge many times. The biggest downside to this rental was it being in a community. We did not realize this. The pictures made it seem bigger than it was and another reason we chose it was the pool seeming quite large and it was not. I could not find a description of the size so we went off the photos. The fridge is in a poor location so it hard to get some things in and out of the freezer. It wasn't the cleanest or most comfortable for anyone except the young children who will sleep anywhere. The doors all seemed to stick and not close easily which isnt that big of a deal but we kept having to fidget with them. We did not hate our stay by any means, but this is not a location we would return to. It looks quite large but is tall more than anything else. I know many people would love to stay in this location and it is fine for someone who has a different preference than us but the cons outweighed the pros in our experience.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We used the cabin for a week on our vacation to TN from IN. Nothing short of perfection from a great host. We traveled with 3 kiddos and had plenty of space for everyone. Great size bedrooms and bathrooms for use by multiple people. Recessed lighting throughout with addition lamps for lower lighting at night. Each room had plenty of outlets and USB for charging. Cleanest arriving Airbnb we have used with plenty of kitchen appliances and utensils for any use. Hosts were extremely quick to respond to text for minor issues and they were corrected instantly via maintenance. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub frequently and was quite large compared to the other in cabin pools in the area. Each level has a large deck for viewing the beautiful woods with mountains in the background. We caught a storm at the end of the week and the sounds were incredible. Very clear instructions on everything for you to make your stay as stress free as possible. You can tell Matt and April have mastered how to be elite hosts for their properties. Like most cabins in the area, the journey to get there is quite steep, but the roads surrounding the cabin are scenic and fun. Commercial amenities for grocery, pharmacy, urgent care, etc are all within 10-15 minutes from the cabin. The complex has a rear entrance as well that we used almost every time with the cabin being towards the back which really cuts down time into Pigeon Forge/Gatlinburg. We booked this based on other highly rated reviews so hereā€™s another to add to that list. Thanks for everything M&A!

Our family had an amazing time at this property! The cabin was roomy, clean, had a kick-butt AC, and had all the kitchen amenities we needed (we cooked several meals during our stay and always had what we looked for). The bunk beds were huge, and the video games were a huge hit with the whole family. The indoor pool was by far the best part! While not huge, it was plenty big for our children and they spent all free time in the cabin swimming and playing for hours. In fact, it was hard to pull them away to go exploring! We also found the price to be extremely competitive compared to other rentals in the area. All questions and requests we had during our stay were answered promptly. We totally recommend this cabin and will definitely book with Bear Tracts for our next trip!
