Luxury Vacation Home

House was absolutely beautiful with beautiful view and plenty of sleeping options.Basement felt like a main floor.We went there in the summer for a family/friend bike trip and the use of the garage was perfect for storing the bikes. Looking forward to staying there again.

Family weekend

Our extended family had a wonderful reunion weekend. The house is beautifully designed and the views are stunning. We visited in the shoulder season so Silver Star amenities were closed. Weā€™d love to return in ski season!

My family recently held a family reunion in this home, and we had a lovely stay. Given that there were 11 adults and 3 children, we were pleasantly surprised to find that the house was even larger than we expected. We enjoyed cooking in the spacious and well-stocked kitchen, and we were glad to find that we could all sit at the same table to have our meals and play games together at night. During the days, we walked to the little village for coffee and explored the local hiking and biking trails, and there were lots of bedroom options to accommodate everyone at night, so it really was the perfect place for three families to come together for a short visit.

The house is amazing and it was great for 12 people. The host communicated on time before we checked in and had lots of information on our stay.I am giving a four star because our house's AC did not work during our first night. The host fixed the problem however and the AC worked for the second night. If you are planning to stay here for a summer getaway with a big group (12 people), this is a good stay for you.

The pictures and description don't even do this house justice. Beautiful, clean, well stocked, incredible views, perfect location, great owners...this place is 10/10. Highly recommend and can't wait to be back.

Family get together

This home is perfect for large gatherings. There is plenty of space. The kitchen is large enough for everyone to gather with an extremely large table that was used not only for eating but also gaming.

Perfect Family Home

We had a memorial service for a family member and needed a home with suitable bedrooms and bathrooms - this home was perfect. Clean, well organized, and with beautiful ambiance and scenery. The large kitchen and dining table were perfect for our family dinners. The home also had air conditioning which was wonderful. Would definitely come back!

Great place for our family stay

Perfect property for our large family gathering. Had all the amenities and plenty of space needed to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. House was clean (although under beds was in need of a vacuum). There was a pileup of garbage in the garage from previous guests - in communicating with the host, I understand this was due to limited collection times in the village. We didn't use the garage much, so a minor issue overall. Would recommend this property for large family groups.

First impression not great, but beautiful home for large group (great layout and location)

Needed a large house for famuly get together in the Okanagan and this home fit us all (19). Unfortunately the main living area (top 2 floors) had not been cleaned upon arrival (lower suite was fine). When we were able to reach manager there were no cleaners available (Fri evening of a long weekend so understandable), and she did offer to move part of our group to another location. This was not ideal, (wanted to stay together) so we chose to clean it ourselves. Not the way we would have liked to start the weekend. There was a bit of back and forth re: an acceptable refund, but in the end we were refunded an appropriate amount. The layout worked well for our group - large living room and kitchen especially - and kitchen had enough dishware, kitchen supplies etc for the large group. Two dishwashers and an extra wine fridge on main were great. We were all adults and found some of the beds (fold out ottoman in one room, bunk beds etc) would have been better for kids, but we knew that beforehand. Also master bathroom is open to rest of the master. We weren't there for ski season, but would highly recommend the location for skiing as the house backs onto the Silverwoods chair. We were familiar with area so knew it was about 20-30 min drive up - nothing open in village that time of year. Overall - great weekend connecting woth family, beautiful house, lots of room. Just wish the house had been checked and cleaned before we got there.
