Dear Lisa thank you for your valuable feedback. We take our guests feedback very seriously, as reflected in our many years of highly rated reviews. Providing our guests the best experience possible is our top priority. As I expressed to you earlier, I am very sorry that your visit to our home did not meet your expectations. I know that can be very disappointing. Our large 3-level home has 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms with a large dorm style game room with 9 additional beds. The air conditioning in the home and all the bedrooms has very strong, consistent air flow. However, the dorm room does not have direct AC and relies on keeping the door at the top of the stairs open and the use of several fans to keep it cool. Unfortunately, when you arrived, some but not all the fans were not in the dorm room and had been moved to other floors. When you called the next morning, you said that your guests did not sleep well as it was not cool enough. I immediately responded by having a worker bring over 5 more fans and an excavator fan with which he moved all hot air out. When he left, he measured the temperature at 65 degrees with the fans running. The next morning your husband thanked me for my immediate response and reported, “Good morning, we just wanted to reach out and say thank you very much for remedying the problem. Everyone downstairs slept great, and the temperatures were good. We appreciate all the fans you delivered.” Nevertheless, given the poor experience, I refunded you for those guests as you said they were going to look for a different rental. Instead, they all decided to stay the remaining days for free which I allowed. I have now made it more clear on the website and forms sent out to guests how the cooling is done in the game/ dorm room. Again, I am sorry for your experience and wish you the best. Vivian, Owner

Had you contacted me I would have, as is our practice, immediately assisted you in how to operate the ceiling fans and could have adjusted or checked on the AC. Our large 3-level home has 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms with a large dorm style game room with 9 additional beds.
