This impressive 12 bedroom home provides the perfect combination of thrills and privacy for families choosing to stay and enjoy the fabulous resort facilities at Solterra yet still seeking a home that provides peace and quiet. This stunning villa sleeps up to 30 guests, and sits in a quiet cul-de-sac and is not only beautifully appointed but also provides guests with a stunning outdoor setting of large west facing deck with private pool and large lanai overlooking water with conservation area beyond, providing the perfect space for evenings around the pool and alfresco dining.Ā  This one-of-a-kind home was designed to give guests an experience that will keep bringing them back year after year. The open concept floor plan flows comfortably welcoming a large number of guests, with the benefit of both upper and lower gathering sections.Ā  A spacious gourmet kitchen with granite countertops and stainless-steel appliances provide ease for entertaining as does the formal dining area. This home boasts 12 bedrooms and 11.5 bathrooms some themed, others a classic style and unique features such as a fun arcade room keep guests entertained for hours. For convenience, there is a laundry unit on each floor of the home. The amenities at Solterra are abundant and include activities for all age groups ranging from a Community Clubhouse with a large beach entry pool to a waterslide, volleyball court, gym, tennis courts, poolside cafe/bar and a lazy river with an outdoor covered lanai and refreshing heated pool. Guests can enjoy FREE access during their stay. Optional pool heat available for an additional fee. Parking on site limited to five cars as per HOA guidelines.

The Resort HOA charges a "Leisure Patron Amenity Access Fee" of $45 per group stay for access to the onsite clubhouse amenities this payable separately on arrival at the Clubhouse reception desk. Pets are welcome subject to the additional pet fee of $225 plus taxes.

This is a great house, that is very nicely decorated and appointed. It is very comfortable for a large group. The multiple refrigerators, dishwasher and washer/dryers, game room and upstairs family room made it comfortable and convenient for everyone. The owner (David) and the property manager (Kathy) were very helpful and responded quickly to all questions and concerns.We were disappointed by the lack of maintenance of the property, as the condition didn't match the potential of the home. Toilet seats were broken, sinks were clogged, refrigerator drawers didn't work, cabinets didn't close, lights were burned out and the washing machine was mildewed.The HOA restricts to 5 cars max. We underestimated the impact of parking as guests had to park off-site and be shuttled into the property.

Very comfortable accommodations. Clean and functional. Loved the massage chairs. The host, David, was vert responsive and professional. Quick responses to our inquiries. Great property, would stay here again!

I recently stayed at a vacation home, and while there were some positives, I feel it's important to share a few areas where my experience fell short. First and foremost, the home's cleanliness did not meet my expectations. Upon arrival, I noticed that certain areas were not as clean as I would have liked. The floors had visible dust, and some of the kitchen appliances were sticky to the touch. It seemed like a quick surface clean had been done, but a more thorough, deep clean was definitely needed. Another aspect that I found inconvenient was the lack of basic essentials. Guests need to bring their own trash bags, paper towels, toilet paper, and other similar items. This isn't mentioned prominently in the listing, so it caught me off guard. I had to make an unexpected trip to the store to stock up on these essentials, which took time away from my vacation. Trash pick-up was another major issue. When we arrived, the trash bins were already half full, and the scheduled pick-up did not happen as promised. This led to an overflow of garbage, which was unpleasant and unsanitary. The neighborhood didn't help; it looked messy, with litter scattered around and unkempt yards. Unfortunately, the kitchen was not well-equipped for the number of guests the home could accommodate. There were insufficient pots, pans, and utensils, making it challenging to prepare meals for everyone.

Enjoyed Our Extended Family Vacation

We took 12 adults and 11 kids on an 7 day vacation. The house had enough rooms that even the 3 babies had their own rooms. It was great for nap/bed times The owner, David, responded to our questions before the rental in a timely manner. When at the house, the property management team also responded quickly Some pros and cons to know about: The pool is awesome! its big and is heated to 90 degrees! You can just walk right it. It was the biggest PLUS to the stay. There is no hot tub. Its at the clubhouse, which is 1 mile away. We all agreed that the large, warm pool was better than a 4 person hot tub and a slightly warmed pool There were some items in the VRBO pictures that were not the same at the house: We notified the owner and maybe he will reply to this post with an update: The was no volleyball net or basketball hoop for the pool. The game room was painted black and with a dim ceiling fan bulb, was too dark to enjoy. There were only 2 chairs at the island. We needed more seating and could have used the missing chairs. There needed to be more steak knives and washcloths. Bath towels should be replaced and we had no dish towels to wash/dry pots. The house was clean, but could use a good spring cleaning. Put your trash out in the mornings, before 7:30am or racoons will leave you a mess We took care of some items without calling the mgt team. Some of the items probably would have been taken care of Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would recommend it to others

Beautiful home

Size at this house is perfect for our party of 22 ladies. The property management responded in a timely manner. They appear to be very responsive to all my concerns. My only issue with this house is upon arrival there were still a large amount of trash in front of the house that had not yet been picked up they had an odor food was around the property, once we entered into the home, it was unfortunately not as tidy and ready for new guest towels had to be washed as they were still damp. There were some that were actually still dirty. Also parking is a huge challenge with such a large home There should be more parking spaces close to the home overall I would choose his property again , however I do suggest improve cleanliness of the home

A waste of money deceiving dirty and they tried to tell me never had any issues there is no way that could be true roaches, broken pool chairs, pool balls, broken sockets, walls dirty, laundry room smells like mildew, bathrooms dirty overall of visiting this area for the last 4 years this place was the worst. Pictures of the pool area was deceiving not the same.

Disappointed........

Our stay was just okay. The floorplan is misrepresented in the description. There were only 4 bedrooms downstairs and 8 bedrooms upstairs. Doesn't seem like a big deal but we had several seniors in our group who were unable to go up and down the stairs. The parking is definitely the biggest challenge. We had 6 cars in our group and finding parking spaces was brutal. For the majority of the trip the air-conditioning upstairs didn't work properly. The temp was set to 74, but the actual temp was 82 which was rather hot, especially during the nights trying to sleep. There were several things broken in the house when we arrived, which we reported immediately. On a positive note, the house had adequate space for all 30 of us. The pool was nice and the amenities within the resort were nice as well.

Family Trip

My family and I really enjoyed our stay at this this home. The home was really nice and clean. The neighborhood was quiet. The neighborhood hood had clubhouse that the family enjoyed as well. The only small issue is not enough parking space. But this is a home that I would recommend for any family that is planning a getaway.

Family Vacation

Our Experience was excellent. The home was exactly as pictured. Had two issues with bathroom faucet and maintenance was sent out immediately. Parking was not sufficient for the home. 32 people we only had two parking spaces with 5 cars. We parked on the street the first night as was about to be towed. Luckily my nephew was outside and seen the tow truck. We moved the truck but had to park 15 minutes away (walking distance) due to the resort being full and no parking close to home. (Resort Issue) my family still loved the home, plenty of space for 30 people
