The space
This property is in a private, quiet and safe community with lots of families. This suite is attached to the main house but closed access with its own private entrance. Also has its own natural gas grill for cooking on its own private enclosed outdoor patio. Open to guest having up to 2 pets under 20lbs. Pet deposit and monthly pet fee will be required as well as a separate pet lease agreement. Ask for more details.
Guest access
Parking is on the street (in front near entrance and sides of the house as available ) within the community, very accessible to the property with 24hr security cameras. City noise ordinances are in full effect and must be complied with.
