Our charming condo is located on the 2nd floor of the B Building in the resort and is only minutes away from the beach. The Village complex is nested between Rosemary and Alys Beach on 30A. Perfect for couples and families, reunions, meetings, retreats, bike rides, golf getaways and destination weddings. Art heaven. There are many unique shops and local restaurants walking distance.

Our home is outfitted with a plush King bed and a flat panel television. The kitchenette is equipped with granite counter tops, a Keurig coffee maker, toaster oven, microwave and bar refrigerator. The bathroom features a shower and well-lit vanity. Wireless high speed Internet service and basic cable television are included.
