We invite you to leave the chaotic energy and enjoy peace of our heated vacation home on the lake. 60+ feet of private sandy beach accent this 1/4-acre treed lot. Sunrises and sunsets accent the views across the bay or across the lake as you listen for the call of the Loon amidst the cries of other migrating waterfowl.
This home is supplied with a shared dock, a canoe and paddles with life jackets for most sizes from infant to adult.
The grassy yard is equipped with Adirondack Chairs and a fire pit ready for hot dogs and marshmallows.
The house has two bedrooms, two full bathrooms, an open kitchen area with extensive counter space, and a very large living room with ample seating in front of bay windows providing views of the lake. Out the front door is a large deck with patio furniture and a grill for outdoor meals.
For those hot muggy days, the living room has air conditioners and ceiling fans. Early mornings? The kitchen is equipped with a Keurig in addition to a microwave, toaster oven, range and refrigerator.
In addition to the bedrooms, there is a queen size sofa bed in the living room and inflatable mattress for additional sleeping arrangements.
House is located 5 miles to the city center for shopping convenience or evening entertainment. 2 miles to movie theater and bowling ally, convenience store and gas station. Don't feel like shopping? Home is within delivery zones with easy access to Instacart, Door Dash etc.
