Anne has to be one of the best VRBO hosts around. Not detail is overlooked. The property is perfectly located on Plum Island. a block from the beach and is well equipped. This is the second time we have stayed here and will definitely stay her again!

Anne was an amazing host. She had all types of snacks and other essentials to make the start of the stay as easy and comfortable as possible. We were surprised to see that the house was actually much more spacious than we had expected. The house is very clean and well updated. The area is beautiful and we are already trying to plan our stay here again next year. 10/10.

This place is fabulous. Location is awesome. We’d never been to Plum Island and it is lovely. The host has thought of everything one could possible imagine. Small things that really make a stay The toiletries were great, coffee, snacks, comfy beds, great decor, nice outdoor seating areas. We were very pleased to stay and really enjoyed ourselves.

Our stay at this cottage was excellent. Anne is a great host and has thought of everything to make sure her guests are comfortable. The cottage was immaculate upon arrival and is equipped with everything you need. Just arrive and enjoy!

The house was beautiful and very clean. I loved the goodies that were left for us as well as the stocked refrigerator and all of the paper products. It was also nice to know that if I forgot something important, like my toothbrush that there were new toothbrushes that I could take. I love the small deck at the front of the house as well as the back deck with a very clean grill that I used. The walk to the beach wasn't that far. I had a great time and will be back.

Amazing house! Location was great, the house was so clean and beautiful. The host thought of EVERYTHING! it was the best stocked house I've ever rented. We were so close to the beach and town. It was the loveliest weekend and I would love to rent this house again.

Such an amazing host!

Anne was super responsive and her place was so cute! We had 3 adults and a toddler and it was enough space. It was literally the most stocked place we’ve ever stayed, with a child’s beach chair and toys, towels, wagon, etc. if you forget anything - Anne probably has it! There were starter breakfast items and snacks, as well as a bottle of wine, which was so thoughtful and nice to have when we arrived. Highly recommend Anne’s place!

What a wonderful host! Clearly an expert on hosting. If you love a quiet place where you can walk around and is away from the city, this place is for you.

I couldn't recommend this hostess and her property enough. A wonderful property.

From prior to our visit to Plum Island/Newburyport Anne was in contact with us. Upon arrival at the property, we were provided with all we could possibly require for our stay, in addition Anne had very kindly turned on the AC before we arrived and had left us food and drink, ensuring we had plenty to keep us going until we found our bearings and made it to the shop to restock. This was greatly appreciated, as we had travelled from Ireland and needed some time to adjust to the jetlag.The property was beautiful and clean, and fully equipped. We could not have asked for more from either the property or our lovely hostess Anne.

Plum Island

Wonderful place, very clean and the classic beach decor makes it feel like you're on vacation at the ocean! Extra touches made us feel welcome, from the abundance of coffee choices to bowl of candy, Anne made our stay extra special!

Great Vacation Home!

We were throughly impressed and welcomed by Anne. She went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable for our family. Close to beach and quick drive to downtown Newburyport. Lots of fun family activities. We highly recommend this home and will 100% be coming back!

Amazing Spot on Plum Island

Anne was one of the best hosts I've stayed with at a VRBO property. She thought of every last detail and was extremely attentive and had a bottle of wine and chocolate treats for us when we arrived, along with a stocked kitchen of everything you need. And if you forgot something she had that too! It was very clean too. It was so close to the beach and the wildlife refuge - Plum island is such a special spot. We will be back again. We stayed for 3 nights with my elderly parents who had a wonderful time too. We ran out of propane for the firepit and she brought it over right away on our last day, just great hospitality. And that is coming from somebody who works in the hospitality field. Thank you Anne for making our trip so memorable and special. We will definitely be back.

Absolutely Amazing!

If i could give more than 5 stars I would. This home was spotless, comfortable, beautiful... everything our amazing host, Anne promised and more. The home was warm and inviting, and Anne had everything you could possibly need. and some sweet surprises.

Beautiful Beach House!

The home was clean and cozy. The beds are quite comfortable, with plenty of bedding/pillows. The cabinets were well stocked with anything you may have forgotten to pack or didn't know you needed. Our wonderful host, Anne thought of everything to make our stay perfect! Convenient location, with just a short walk to the beach. We made our way to the Point on our last evening to watch an amazing sunset. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Loved our time at Plum Island Place!

We had an amazing time at Plum Island Place! It is a cute cottage with comfortable furnishings and all the amenities you would want near the beach. Anne was easy to communicate with and made sure we had all check-in details in a timely manner, she even offered an early check in. She responded quickly when we had any questions. We have teenagers and a pre-teen, and the space was plenty roomy. There were two smart TVs, which was nice. We arrived at nearly midnight, and thought we'd need to run around the next morning for breakfast. Anne stocked the fridge and cupboards with enough goods to enjoy filling breakfasts, and plenty of snacks and candy to enjoy the whole stay! The whole place was clean and done up very nicely, with plenty of extra towels, blankets, sheets. We regretted forgetting all our beach stuff, but found that Anne's place had plenty of beach chairs, toys, beach mats and even a wagon to haul everything around. The location is good and we were able to enjoy a quiet time on the beach with just a few minutes walk. I would highly recommend staying here, and will keep in on our Plum Island short list for future visits. Thanks Anne!!

Great host and property

We had a wonderful stay at Anne's beach home. She was very responsive to our pre-trip emails and even went out of her way to ensure the bedding and linens were washed with detergent for sensitive skin given my wife and daughter's allergies. We were surprised and delighted with the provisions and treats at the home upon our arrival and found the home very comfortable for a family of four, despite having just a single bathroom. We would definitely stay there again!
