Historic cottage centrally located in downtown Saugatuck. Take an easy, flat walk to all downtown Saugatuck activities. Enjoy a meal at one of the fine or casual dining establishments, shop until you drop at the many boutiques, take in a live show at the SCA, stroll the boardwalk with an ice cream cone, or just relax and people-watch. There is plenty to do for everyone!

Butler’s Landing is a quaint historic cottage with much charm and character. Beautiful wood flooring flows through the living room, den, kitchen, and formal dining room. Upstairs you’ll find two generous bedrooms as well as a full bathroom with a shower.

The backyard is the real gem of this home. Screen porch with alfresco dining is the ideal place to relax any time of day and the hot tub will soothe your cares away. The yard is fenced in, which is great if your pet is joining you.

Please Note:
The backyard and BBQ grill are shared with Grey Cottage, which is just next door.
Due to the age of the home, sometimes ants, vermin, and spiders will sneak inside. The property is treated monthly by a professional pest company. If you notice anything inside, please let us know. We cannot make any rate adjustments or refunds for the presence of pests or vermin.
This is an original historic cottage with minimal updates, but the location in downtown Saugatuck cannot be beaten.
There is central air conditioning throughout. The small bedroom does not have a vent so a window AC unit is installed during the summer months.
