This is a great house with three bedrooms and plenty of space. A large backyard with firepit can be enjoyed if you are not out exploring the beautiful area.

The host was very informative and great to work with. It was a very clean and cute place. It was very close to our family, that was great. The beds are small and there was more of what I would say summer bedding than winter. The pillows are thin, we had to take pillows from other beds. I will definitely stay here again because it’s close to family.

Check in was easy and contactless. House is simple and easy but not well appointed. Could use a cutting board, enough plates (only has 4) for the amount of people it sleeps (6), and some more hooks for things like towels in the bathroom or a place to put your baggage. But overall the house was comfortable.

Exceptionally clean home!

This house could easily pass a white glove test. Everything was very neat and clean and ready for our arrival. Very handy and comfortable place to stay for 6 days while we were getting ready for our daughter’s wedding at a nearby venue.

Cozy Home

I agree with other reviewers who indicate there is not enough furniture to comfortably accommodate the six guest maximum. The dining table only seats four. The couch seats three (maybe four with a squeeze), and there are two parlor/dining chairs that can be moved between the sitting room and the dining room (though six people would not fit around the dining table even with the additional seats)We were only there for one night, so it worked well enough for us, but just know if you're going to be socializing in the house for a few days, it might be a little cramped for six adults.

Great Location

The property is just as described, small and cozy with a central location. We have friends in Clinton and our son lives in Oak Ridge so it was a great place for everyone to visit us as well as being very close to Aspire which was a great place for dinner and drinks. The owner was easy to get in touch with when needed and even grabbed something from the store for us before arrival. I highly recommend.

Friends get together

Came to Knoxville to a concert and needed a place to stay to celebrate our birthdays. We only stayed one night . We had hoped to at least get a late check out to spend a little more time together . I asked for that but didn’t get an answer for a few days and it was no. I think 10 is awful early for checkout to start with. When I look for hotels I always check how late checkout is and that weighs heavy on my decision. It was a good place to stay, very clean and easy to find.

Felt like home

Beautiful cozy home. We were a small group of friends in town for a wedding at the Kincaid House. It was conveniently close. The beds were very comfortable and the entire house was designed superbly. Having coffee available was a nice touch. This house had everything we needed. Check in & Check out were super simple. Highly recommend.

Spacious and clean

My family stayed at this house for the weekend for a wedding at The Loyston. The house was super clean with all your essentials. The living room, kitchen and dining room were all very spacious. We played wiffle ball and football in the huge back yard. We will definitely rent this hpuse again!

Nice stay

Overall it was nice and comfortable. I would suggest ithat there was some kind of fan to circulate the air and dining chairs did not feel save to sit on for heavier people. The extra chairs in living room was comfortable. That kind of chair would be nice for the dining room chairs.

Charming

This property definitely fits the Cozy category. I would also add charming and extremely clean! The listing was very accurate. We stayed for 5 nights and for the most part, our needs were met, but for an extended stay the kitchen could use more essentials like measuring spoons, baking sheets, pans, more utensils, a coffee maker (not just a keurig), etc. It would also be nice if more furniture was added to the living room which is lacking for a house that sleeps 6. The outdoor space is great with a nice deck and fun fire pit which we used a lot. Overall, a great value and high quality house.

Known as The Cozy Cottage, it is within minutes of the famous Clinch River, Norris Lake, a very easy & quick drive to Knoxville, and less than an hour from the Smoky Mountains. We have designed it to be a peaceful "home away from home," for anyone who chooses to book with us. Comfortable bedding, plush pillows, extra blankets, and a Keurig are just a few amenities we offer in order to make your stay feel special. Need anything else? Just let us know!
