NORRIS LAKE'S Lakeside Haven at Yacht Club Condos - Pool, Hot Tub, Marina

We manage the property ourselves. If bringing a boat, an 11' x 24' slip, located directly below the condo, may be available to rent for a nominal fee.
The slip is equipped with electricity and running water.

Spacious "Lakeside Haven" boasts a panoramic view of Norris Lake as soon as you step through the front door! Enter into a spectacular 3 bedroom, 2 bath condo, which includes an outdoor communal pool and hot tub, Wi-Fi, high speed fiber optics cable, Blu-ray, You-Tube TV, Netflix, and a vast library of books, DVDs, board & card games, and jigsaw puzzles for all ages. Within the immaculate, single level 1700 sq. ft. condo, you will be surrounded by comfort and luxury. When docking after a joy-filled day on the water, unwind on our water's edge outdoor, covered patio/balcony and watch the sun set on the lake or relax in front of the living room Smart TV.

At night, sleep on luxurious, comfortable mattresses that you expect in a vacation rental of this quality. The spacious master suite houses a king bed with floor to ceiling windows, capturing the serenity of the lake. Adjoining master bath includes double sinks, walk-in shower as well as deep Jacuzzi tub. The first guest bedroom provides another king bed, and the second guest bedroom includes a queen bed. All bedrooms offer privacy and come furnished with expansive dresser and closet space to unpack belongings. The two guest bedrooms share a full bathroom with walk-in shower. The laundry room is equipped with washer, dryer, ironing board, iron, and hooks to hang beach towels and bathing suits.

Gourmet kitchen, with its rich granite counter tops and convenient breakfast counter, stores all the appliances, dishes, and utensils needed for feeding family and friends. Keurig and two other coffee makers, toaster, electric griddle, crock pot and many other kitchen accessories are stocked for use. Additional seating is available at the dining room table or patio table on the covered balcony. Outdoor propane grill awaits the grilling enthusiast!

Our condo is located on a quiet second floor of a four story building and easily accessed by stairs or elevator when unloading luggage and groceries. Lakeside Haven faces north, so the private balcony allows you to bask in the rejuvenating morning light while sipping your morning cup of joe and offers an unobstructed, serene lakeside view. During daylight hours, the covered balcony shades you from the heat of the day. We love the second floor because it provides more privacy, and you are only one floor below the parking lot main entrance and one floor up from the sidewalk that leads to the lake, docks, and marina.

Yacht Club Condo's boat dock is only a short distance along the sidewalk to the dock's stairway. And Stardust Marina is within walking distance. You can rent boats/equipment at Stardust Marina. Or at no cost, but not recommended, tie-up your boat along the walkway leading to the Yacht Club Condos. Stardust Marina and Restaurant, during the summer season, is alive with nightlife on the weekends. And do not miss the fun in our spacious communal swimming pool and hot tub only a short walk from our condo.

Norris Lake is the most pristine lake in the Southeast and ideal for boating, fishing, skiing, wakeboarding, canoeing, hiking, and nature trails within the vast 800 miles of shore line. Our family loves to anchor in one of many nearby coves and spend the afternoon diving, swimming, and floating together in the clean, turquoise waters of the lake.

To become a tourist for the day, it is a mere 65 miles to Pigeon Forge, Gatlinburg, and the Great Smoky Mountains. Nearby Jayell Ranch in Sevierville offers ziplining, horseback riding, tubing, and ATV rides.

2025 RATES--See reservation calendar for rates. We do not add any owner fees other than a $125 cleaning fee and the mandatory 14.75% sales tax. VRBO requires a booking fee. Also, we require a refundable $500 security deposit at time of booking, which will be refunded as long as no house rules are broken (see VRBO contract). Mid-Summer rentals are 7 nights minimum from Saturday to Saturday.

Our rental is NOT managed by VACASA who slaps on additional management fees when you book. WE ARE THE OWNERS OF THIS PROPERTY.
