Step inside & you'll instantly appreciate the comfy living area, perfect for unwinding after a long day on the lake. Fully equipped kitchen, and the dining area is perfect for gathering with friends & family.
Daytime guest visiting within reason are acceptable, but if any above 6 persons are found to have sated, there will be $100 per night per person added on.
Sunset & Sac, A Lait will be clean and in working condition. No
compensations will be given for non-working items outside the owner’s control, including but not limited to power outages, TV outages, internet outages etc. For items inside the owner’s control, the owners will make every attempt to rectify problems that may occur while you are in the home. It is the renter’s responsibility to notify the owner immediately if there are any problems. No refunds or any other compensation will be given for the problems that the owner is able to rectify within a reasonable time frame.
Sunset & Sac, A Lait is privately owned; the owners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities. The owners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premises.
By your confirmation, guests booking Sunset & Sac A Lait are hereby agreeing to all terms and conditions of this agreement.
