Immaculate two bedroom, two bathroom condo located at the Nordic Inn in the center of Lincoln, NH and close to many attractions! We are across from South Mountain and one mile from Loon Mountain. Walk to area restaurants and shops. Our condo is located on the first floor for easy access. Park in front of the condo and easily unload your luggage or groceries; there is no need to walk through the building to enter the condo.

Living Room: Beautiful sectional sofa, fireplace and 65" LED TV.
Main Bedroom: King bed, full bathroom, walk-in closet, 55" LED TV.
Second Bedroom: Two double beds, full bathroom, 50" LED TV.
Kitchen: Updated, full kitchen with dishwasher, seating for three at the breakfast bar.
Dining Area: Seating for 4-6.; an additional table leaf can be added for more room.
Deck: Enjoy mountain views of Loon Mountain from the deck while sitting at one of the tables in a high top chair.

We want to welcome you to our immaculate, spacious and modern condo located near beautiful Loon Mountain in Lincoln, New Hampshire! Our condo is clean, modern and will make you feel right at home. It features two bedrooms that comfortably sleep up to six, two full bathrooms, a spacious dining area, comfortable living room with gas fireplace, outdoor deck, a kitchen with modern appliances and well-stocked with cookware and utensils, first floor access to parking, large screen TVs in both bedrooms and living room, wireless internet, air conditioning and a large assortment of DVDs and games for adults and children. In all seasons, beauty abounds here. In Summer, this scenic area is alive with sightseeing, hiking, fishing, boating and more, and in Autumn, the varied and vibrant colors you’ll see are simply indescribable. Of course, skiing in winter at Loon Mountain can be exhilarating. Our condo is located close to many attractions and restaurants.

Nordic Inn amenities include indoor and outdoor pools and hot tubs, game room and a racquetball court. There is NO extra fee to use these amenities. There are also laundry facilities at the Nordic Inn for your use.

The location is perfect. We’ve been coming to the Nordic for many years and this is the nicest updated unit we’ve stayed in. Lori is so easy to communicate with and is always available. Highly recommend this unit!

As pictured and spotless. Best vacation ever. Granddaughters had new experiences everyday. They loved the pools. Only drawback was the parking. We never had a spot near our condo. Always down at least 8-9 spots. Hard to carry things that far everyday. Would recommend for families for sure.

Clean, comfy, and great location in Lincoln with a very kind and responsive host

My wife, my teenage son and I wanted a more comfortable place to stay than a hotel in Lincoln for the 4th of July long weekend. We found it here in Laurie's condo. The condo is very clean, cozy and comfortable. We also took advantage of the amenities it has to offer. The pool, hot tub and game room just to name a few was a nice perk. We loved the location as well. Very close to everything right there in Lincoln and short drives to any of the beautiful attractions that the Notch or the Kancamagus highway has to offer. Beautiful views and plenty of hiking throughout the area. It's nice to have a great place to come back to and relax without the long drive home after a long day of exploring the area. I highly recommend this wonderful condo. A nice home away from home.

Magical Holiday

The property was very clean, with perfect views of Loon. The owner was very sweet and there for any of your needs. We skied at Loon, skated at Nestlenook, tubed at Mt Cranmore, and rode the train in North Conway. I highly recommend staying here. We’ll be back!

Super comfy condo in a great location

A very well equipped, beautifully furnished condo. The beds are excellent and everything you need for a holiday is provided. It was an excellent base for hiking the fall colours of the White Mountains. Lincoln has a good selection of shops and places to eat. Highly recommended.

The perfect "home base" for a family vacation.

This condo and complex exceeds every expectation. I have grown accustomed to booking places that photograph beautifully, but are actually furnished with the cheapest of everything. Cheap sofas and beds and pillows etc. This condo is the opposite of that. It photographs modestly, but it has exceptionally high quality beds and bedding. Nice cookware and coffee makers. Even the towels and toilet paper are good quality. These touches really make it feel like a well appointed home away from home. We are a family of four with two young children. They each got their own queen bed and they didn't have to share a bathroom with us. My wife and I had a private king bed and bathroom. This is a huge upgrade over a typical hotel room where we share a single room with a pair of beds - boys in one bed and girls in the other. All of this with an indoor AND outdoor pool, gym, game room etc? Difficult to imagine what else a family could need for a vacation in the beautiful mountains of NH. We loved it. Pretty sure your family would too.

Home away from home

Loved being on the first floor because we didn't have to go up and down stairs and hallways. Easy walk to stores and restaurants. So much to do in the area, we never turned on a tv! Lots of great hikes in the area.

Great Location

We had originally booked a different listing in the complex and due to unforeseen circumstances that host had to cancel. The host introduced us to Laurie who had availability that weekend and was willing to host us. She was very kind and easy to work with. The property was clean and convenient. We enjoyed our stay and can’t wait to return in the future.

Great getaway

Property was clean and spacious. Nicely furnished and had everything that you needed for cooking. Owner has a nice condo and was very informative and quick to respond. Property was close to everything; mountains, restaurants and stores. Definitely enjoyed ourselves!!!

Nordic Condo's in Lincoln, New Hampshire

Condo very clean, it was like being at home everything you could need was there. Great location, close to different eateries, movie theater. winery. Perfect location. We wanted to extend our stay there for another week but were told they could not accommodate us. So we had to find another place to stay. But, I am sure we will be back next year.

Fantastic stay

Our family had a wonderful time! Communication with Laurie was excellent. She called us beforehand to verify that we had all the check in instructions and let us know the holiday weekend may be busy for restaurants in the area. The unit is close to town and to the Stowe ski resort. The kitchen had basics to cook with, which was great. The unit was very clean, and we enjoyed a movie night in with the DVD’s. This was the best unit we stayed in on our 2 week trip to Vermont and New Hampshire.

Excellent all around

The condo was extremely clean and well maintained. It included everything you could think of and then some. Location is excellent as well, and communication with property manager was always pleasant. We thoroughly enjoyed staying. Thank you!

Great place, great hostess!

The property was very clean and spacious. The ceiling fans and a/c units were very refreshing on the really hot days! Laura was very attentive and pleasant. We used the pool and jacuzzi in the complex which were very clean. We swam in the morning as there were less people at that time. The pool was the perfect temperature! Thank you Laura for a wonderful stay! We would definitely stay there again!

Perfect mini vacation

The host was wonderful. She called me before our stay, gave us all of the information on the location of the condo, the amenities, and the check-in process. She gave us recommendations for restaurants nearby and was very friendly. She also gave me her and her husband's cell phone numbers in case we needed anything. The condo was very clean and had everything we needed for a perfect weekend away from home.

The area has so much to offer. New Hampshire offers some of the best of New England life. The scenery is beautiful virtually any time of year and there are so many attractions nearby and many activities to enjoy; there are restaurants, a movie theatre, shopping areas and much more. Come and see for yourself!

O que faz essa propriedade ser única?

My condo is a lot like many others in he resort, but mine is located on the first level, which makes it so easy to bring luggage, groceries and other vacation items in and out. No elevators or stairs to worry about. You can usually park close to the front door. I take great care to keep the condo updated and clean, just as if I was preparing it for my family. Along with free WI-FI and cable, I have lots of games available for adults and kids to play. The kitchen is well stocked with cookware, utensils, small appliances and whatever you might need. I am happy to accommodate any additional requests you might have if I can, just ask!
