Come get away in the White Mountains of New Hampshire while enjoying our riverfront condominium with stunning river and mountain views, and convenient location to Loon Mountain.

Spacious, bright, clean, 3BR / 2 BA condo in a great location.
Less than one mile to Loon Mountain with free, weekend shuttle service throughout the day. And only one mile to the center of town with shops and a number of restaurants and activities to choose from.

Two bedrooms with one queen bed each, one bedroom with two twin beds.
Kitchen with stainless steel appliances and all amenities.
Free high-speed Wi-Fi, 2 new flat screen Tv's. TV in queen bedroom is a Smart TV.
Access to two outdoor heated pools, tennis and pickle ball courts, and a gas grill available on the pool deck nearest our building. (Summer season only).

This location lends itself to the many activities for people of all ages.
So much to do in such a great area. Make this your home base, a great place to kick back and relax on the deck overlooking the river or in front of the fire after a day on the mountain or around town. In the summer we love heading to the Moon Bakery or White Mountain Bagel for breakfast sandwiches, and then heading out for a hike, followed by some fun down by the river in the afternoon.

** Please note that there is exterior surveillance via a doorbell camera at the unit entrance. Pets are not allowed.

This was a great location! The beds were comfortable. The towels were soft. Everything was clean and the kitchen was well stocked with pans (for the stove and oven), measuring cups, serving utensils and small appliances (toaster, microwave, hand mixer and coffee maker). The mountain was so close and I wasn't skiing so we chose to drive most days, but it was great to have the option of the shuttle on the day we used it. We also enjoyed the games/playing cards in the evening after skiing.

Awesome location for swimming the river. Close to Loon Mountain where we rode the gondola up. A short drive to where we went to Clark’s Trading Post. Another short drive to the Flume Gorge. Close to restaurants. Prime location overall.

Fantastic Location

The condo was perfect for our multigenerational family vacation! The river views from the deck were amazing- perfect spot for morning coffees and relaxing all day. Easy walk to the swimming hole and quick drive to everything in downtown Lincoln and Franconia Notch. Condo was clean, very quiet and accessible with only a half flight of outdoor entry stairs. Owners were quick to reach. We would book again!

New Hampshire Getaway

The property has a private feel, even though it is located in a condo complex. Check in was an easy process and the setting was very relaxing. It was close to local shops, restaurants and tons of activities. Beds were comfortable. The view from the porch is even better than the pictures! We would absolutely stay here again!

Great spot by the river, close to Lincoln

Great spot on the river for the afternoons and listening to the river at night. Clean, and nice. Plenty of space for up to 6 people. Close to Lincoln and everything outdoors, hiking, water parks, and shopping. It would be fun to visit in the winter for a ski vacation. Will be back!!

River Side Accommodations

Location, Location, Location! Rental was very clean and easy to get settled. Easy to sleep with a window open and listening to the river flow right outside. NO need for any sound machines! Totally would stay again!

Beautiful location and view

Travelled with my three daughters over the holiday (ages 21, 18, 15) and we enjoyed the space and the location along the River and centrally located in Lincoln. Easy access and great place to unwind after a day on the slopes or touring the area.

Lincoln Mountain, Loon Getaway

The condo was very clean and location was great. Just a few things to note while staying. Both showers had the mixing valve hot and cold water reversed. Hot on the left cold on the right. This was opposite hot and right and cold on the left. We originally thought the water heater was not functional. Also the 2nd queen bed was extra firm, so firm that after the first night my spouse and i had soreness. The main living room tv can get tricky, manually needs to be put on and volume was a sperate remote. You could only stream the master bed room tv not the living room tv. I know third world problems right. But want to be transparent if future guest have kids and might want to stream Netflix or YouTube. We did enjoy the convince of the location.

Great location, wonderful River view

The condo is spacious, 2 queen size bedrooms, 3rd bedroom has two twin beds. 2 bathrooms. All the amenities were there, I just don’t think they have been updated in years. I also think whoever does your cleaning, needs to be reminded to clean behind and under all furniture. We found some very interesting things behind one of the dressers when I had dropped something behind it. It was difficult to hand wash some things in the sink in the kitchen due to the faucet being so low, that really needs an upgrade. That faucet is more for a bathroom not a kitchen. Some of the spatulas were completely rusted, might want to throw out. My parents noticed in the master bedroom an iron burn mark in the rug. I noticed the back of the door was smashed in a small area at the top right corner of the door of bedroom with the twin beds. The condo as a whole was very quiet, we never heard any noise from any of the neighbors, it was a very relaxing week we had their. The only other thing was we couldn’t figure out the tv in master bedroom, we got it on could access Netflix, but couldn’t get the volume? Is there a remote missing? It also took us awhile to figure out the tv in the living room, so maybe directions on how to use that for others in the future might be helpful. Sorry for the long review, I just thought you would want to know these things. Thanks you and Happy Fall! Lynette O’Hare

Comfortable unit right on the Pemi that is walkable to restaurants in one direction and to Loon Mt in the other. Owners were responsive and helpful.

Good location with beautiful view and convenient amenities

We had a great family stay here. The house is clean and comfortable. It has a beautiful river view. It has community tennis court, swimming pool and grill that we enjoyed. It is very close to many beautiful hiking trails and restaurants. We stayed here for summer vacation. It is also very close to Loon Ski resort, a good place for winter ski trip. Hope to come back again.

What a Location !!

Perfect spot to unwind. Access to the crystal clear river is a few steps from the rear deck. Condo is as described, clean, nicely furnished, and the kitchen is fully equipped. Endless opportunities for outdoor activities and great restaurants just minutes away. Highly recommended.

Por que o anfitrião escolheu essa propriedade

When looking for a property we wanted a location in close proximity to Loon Mountain with river access, beautiful mountain and river views, and close to town for easy walking or bike riding. In the winter we are able to take advantage of being so close to the mountain resort for skiing, and in the summer we have the beautiful views and even a swimming hole just steps away. This is a unique riverfront property with views and river access that would be hard to match.

This location and setting can't be beat! So close to town and the mountain, and a beautiful swimming hole in the back yard! In non-winter months a paved path is available from the condo to the center of town, and also from the condo right to the mountain resort.
