This spectacular home in the Village of Oak Creek provides you with an unmatched experience with provisions for all types of travelers. Relax or workout in the Salt Water pool and spa, heated when pool temps dip below 84 degrees. Four sitting areas provide space for lively conversations or solitude and relaxation. The Fun House offers a complete games room with an Infrared Sauna. Less than a mile from 3 Golf Courses, biking and hiking trails, fine and casual dining and Clark's Grocery store.
The space
Custom home on 1/2 acre in a very quiet neighborhood. Return visitors to Sedona have discovered the serenity of The Village while being only 15 minutes from the Uptown Sedona area. Reach the back side of Red Rock Crossing and Cathedral from the "local" parking lots and avoid the crowds. Ride to Bell Rock or drive to the some of the best local hiking trails within 5 minutes. 3 Bedrooms and a finished game's room will sleep up to 10 people. Please note that there are only 2 full bathrooms. Luxuriously furnished with a Gourmet Kitchen and multiple outdoor seating and lounging areas. Relax, play, eat and repeat!
We will provide you with a detailed local guide book with our recommendations for all things hiking, biking, golfing, dining and more.
This is a Fun House but not a Party House. Our neighborhood restricts noise after 9:00 p.m.

You have 100% use of the home and fenced yard. There is parking for 4 vehicles on the driveway.

This is by far the best VRBO we've ever stayed at. Marnie & David have thought of everything and they're so well organized! From the cozy blankets to the instructional video they really do provide everything you need as an out of town guest. We could stargaze every morning from the back yard and a post-hike soak in the hot tub was divine. The kitchen had everything we could possibly need and was well labeled. The beds were cozy and clean and there were plenty of towels for the bathrooms and the pool. The neighborhood was beautiful and there's a fantastic grocery story (Clarks) just down the street. We really couldn't have picked a better house and hope to return.

Sedona Memorial Day 2025

This house offered a great location and comfortable accommodations for our Memorial Day weekend in Sedona. It was well stocked with everything we could ask for and the backyard was prefect with the large pool and plenty space to relax in Arizona sun.

Excellent property with plenty of room for family and friends. Great location away for the crowds in Sedona but only 20 minutes from the action. The pool and hot tub were amazing after a day of hiking. Definitely a do-over!

Family Getaway

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay The home was immaculate and very well stocked. We used the hot tub, pool, and the sauna each day after our spectacular hikes. It was the nicest place that we have stayed. The hosts were very attentive. We would definitely stay here again!

Very clean and pool / hot tub were amazing. Appreciated the electronic pool cover, pool was always so clean and warm. A really fun game room too. Stocked with everything you could possibly need. Great communication from kind host. Would definitely stay here again if in Sedona.

Nice pool and great location

We had a very nice time on our trip to Sedona. This location is great, close to some really good hikes, restaurant, downtown, etc., but also very quiet. We loved the outdoor spaces, deck, patio, pool, umbrellas, hot tub, fire pit were all great. The house is as shown in pictures with lots of room for us all to spread out and a fun game room. The kitchen is also well-equipped and the bathrooms are spacious. The hosts are wonderful, very responsive and helpful. We would stay again!

Great House - Even Better Hosts!!

Amazingly appointed home in quiet neighborhood close to groceries, shops and restaurants. One of the cleanest and most comfortable VRBOs we’ve stayed in. Loved the big the family room with oversized sofa and big screen TV. Pool and hot tub is a great amenity and there’s plenty of comfortable outdoor furniture as well. Lots of stars at night!! And the most amazing hosts! Great communication and they have thought of literally everything. Would highly recommend and definitely stay here again

Family Vacation!

My family of four stayed here the week of Memorial Day and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. From the beginning of the process through the end, the owners were in constant communication to let us know the status of things and provide helpful tips for food and hikes.Both the interior and the exterior of the property are very well maintained. Everything is clean, quiet and comfortable. The house provides an ample amount of towels, cutlery, and dinnerware for a family for a week. I could keep going on how much this property exceeded our expectations.

Amazing property and Best hosts ever

Home was amazing. Awesome kitchen, great views and walk to stores. Highlight was the backyard, with amazing spa and heated pool. Kids had a gala time in the play room. To top it all, Marnie is the most accommodating host I have ever stayed with. Simplest checkout process ever. I will definitely be returning.

Oasis in the desert

We stayed at this oasis for four nights and it was the quietest location and so relaxing. This is location to unwind relax in your own personal heaven. The beds were comfy and the kitchen amazing. Enjoyed the hotel tub every evening and the hosts were so accommodating. Would stay here again and did not want to leave. Thank you for a wonderful space to call ours for a few days.

Personal Resort!

Gorgeous. Luxurious. Oasis. This is the nicest home we have EVER rented. And we’ve stayed at plenty. Traveling on our annual Family Vacation, a total of 10 of us, we were delighted with every this place!I knew, when I started to prepare for grilling about 8 ribeyes, roasted broccoli, and homemade garlic bread to celebrate our oldest son’s 30th birthday, that we had struck gold: this beautiful home stocks EVERYTHING, even a digital thermometer and a basting brush! Couldn’t believe it. The attention to detail at this home is outrageously good. And the hosts couldn’t have been more helpful. Thank you for a TERRIFIC time!

Ladies trip

I, along with 3 friends, spent 10 days at this property. The home is wonderful! It is warm, well appointed and in a lovely, quiet neighborhood. The hosts have the home decorated beautifully!! The first days I enjoyed discovering all the unique decor in each room! So fun! Marni and Dave were receptive quickly to any questions I had. They went above and beyond for their guests by providing fun snacks, coffee and teas, as well as toiletries. This vrbo, is by far, the nicest I have experienced!! The amenities outside and inside are wonderful. If one is looking for a true home away from home, this is it!! 10/10

Greatest Weekend

We stayed at this property with an adult friend group and it was wonderful. The house is amply stocked with high quality items in the kitchen and bathrooms. The pool and hot tub are great. The beds are comfortable and the sheets are so soft. The outdoor areas are better than expected. The property is beautiful. The owners are excellent and easy to communicate with. I would highly recommend this rental and plan to return.

Lovely oasis during hot summer afternoons

We were two families visiting the Sedona area during the third week in June when temperatures soared into the 90’s/100’s. We were able to visit regional parks and hike in the morning and enjoy the relaxing saltwater pool and comfortable outdoor furniture with plenty of shade umbrellas in the afternoon. The game room provided hours of enjoyment at night, the well stocked kitchen made meal time a pleasure and the owners were responsive and generous when we requested an extra hour for checkout. We recommend appropriately named Sedona Fun for anyone looking for lodging in the Sedona area.

Sedona Peaceful Oasis

We had such a lovely time in Sedona, in large part because we chose to stay here in this home. Not only is it beautiful and clean, it is also very comfortable with things for everyone in our family to do. Our toddler grandson had safe spaces to roam inside and outside. Our teenage sons had video and board games, a pool table, and multiple TVs. And the adults enjoyed all of these things, too, while we all also enjoyed the awesome swimming pool together as a family. We did a lot of hiking and sight seeing... but when we came back for breaks and to rest at the house, we always felt it was a great space to just enjoy time together there, too. We have rented many Vrbo houses during our travels, and this was one of the very best. The owners/hosts provided everything a traveler could ever need-- not just the essentials, but so many extras as well. That's not typical for a short term rental. We felt like we were home! Thank you so much for the care and thought you put into this space for others to enjoy. We sure did! So glad we chose this home from many options to stay throughout Sedona.

Bday fun!

Stayed here with some friends for one of their bdays! Poop was heated and we had a fabulous time using it and the many other amenities including the large kitchen and pool table! The hosts were quick to respond and very helpful. The neighbors were a little nosy. If you’re wanting to be able to be fun and loud outside before the 9pm curfew just beware the neighbors might say something. We weren’t being very loud in the pool around 5pm and a neighbor got irritated and told us to be quiet. That’s my only complaint. Everything else was great!

Awesome home and pool

This home is fantastic! The house is well laid out, beds are super comfortable, and there is everything you need in the kitchen to cook including good quality pots and pans and even an air fryer. We loved the raised deck off the kitchen and spent every morning having our coffee and watching the hummingbirds. The pool and hot tub are spectacular. We used the hot tub in the morning and then the pool late afternoon. Sometimes again after supper just because it was so relaxing. The neighborhood is super quiet with good access to wherever you want to go. Great communication with the owner even checking in to see if we needed more supplies. We would absolutely stay here again the next time we’re visiting Sedona!

From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warmth and hospitality that truly made us feel like cherished guests. It was evident that the owners take great pride in maintaining a spotless environment for their guests. From the freshly laundered linens to the sparkling clean bathrooms, every corner of the house was immaculate. One of the highlights of our stay was the thoughtful amenities provided by the hosts. From a fully stocked kitchen with all the essentials to luxurious toiletries in the bathrooms, every detail was carefully considered to ensure our comfort and convenience. We especially appreciated the little extras like a selection of board games and books, which provided entertainment during our downtime. The decor of the house was another standout feature. It struck the perfect balance between stylish and cozy, with tasteful furnishings and charming accents that gave the space a welcoming atmosphere. It was evident that a lot of thought and care went into creating a space that felt like a home away from home. Additionally, the communication with the hosts was excellent from start to finish. Dave and I are originally from Canada and moved to Maui in ‘82’ where we enjoyed running our windsurfing school for 15 years. We hosted a vacation home in Kula, Maui, for 5 years and loved meeting guests from all over the world, sharing the best hikes, beaches and restaurants with our B&B friends. We, along with our 2 kids, love to travel, explore the great outdoors, ski, snowboard, bike, hike, scuba and just about anything adventurous with the exception of bungee jumping.......some of our favorite Vacation Homes have been in Colorado, Kauai and most recently in Honduras and Costa Rica where we repelled down jungle waterfalls and rode horses though the local villages. We are starting our world travels once again and look forward to sharing our home in Sedona with you and to help you with all things Sedona to ensure you have a most magical Sedona vacation. Our son Keenan, will be your co-host when we are out of town traveling. He graduated from Sedona High School and has chosen to stay, work and play in this beautiful town and he will be available to answer questions or assist you in any way to ensure you enjoy your stay.
