The open-concept great room seamlessly connects the living, dining, and kitchen spaces, with expansive windows that flood the home with natural light and frame Sedona's iconic landscape—creating a bright, elevated space designed for both relaxation and connection.

Living Area: Unwind in a spacious, thoughtfully designed living room featuring a large sectional, contemporary furnishings, and a 43” Smart TV—all positioned to take in the natural beauty just outside.

Kitchen: Fully equipped with stainless steel appliances and a large island, the kitchen is ideal for both casual meals and entertaining, offering a clean, modern space to gather and create.

Dining: A dining table with seating for eight, set within an open, light-filled space perfect for shared meals and memorable moments.

Bedrooms:

Primary Suite: A private sanctuary featuring a king bed, 30” Smart TV, and direct access to the backyard oasis. The en-suite bathroom includes dual vanities and a spacious walk-in wrap-around shower for a spa-like experience.

Bedroom 2: Comfortable queen bed with easy access to outdoor spaces, offering a quiet and restful retreat.

Bedroom 3: Queen bed with access to a shared full bathroom, ideal for additional guests or families.

Shared Bathroom: Full bathroom with vanity and shower serving Bedrooms 2 and 3.

The backyard is designed for both relaxation and entertaining, featuring a built-in propane BBQ grill, comfortable seating areas, and a firepit—perfect for evenings under Sedona's expansive, star-filled sky.

Guests have full, private access to the entire 2,200 sq. ft. home and all amenities including the single-level layout, private swimming pool and in-ground hot tub, outdoor patio with seating, BBQ grill, and firepit, private driveway parking, laundry room with full-size washer and dryer, high-speed Wi-Fi, and central air conditioning.

Enjoy a seamless self-check-in experience with complete privacy. While we are not on-site, our team is readily available via phone, text, or the app to assist with anything you may need during your stay.

Pool & Hot Tub Heating: The pool and hot tub cannot be heated simultaneously. Pool heating is available upon request prior to arrival for $150/day and is not available October 1 through March 31. The in-ground hot tub heats on demand and typically reaches temperature within one hour. Please note that due to unpredictable outdoor temperatures and conditions, pool temperatures may not reach satisfactory levels. POOL HEATING CANNOT BE GUARANTEED!

Safety & Cleaning: There are no security cameras on the property. The home is professionally cleaned and prepared prior to each stay.
