Thank you for staying. I do apologize for the trouble with the keypad. I watched the door lock app and you were able to get in in the late afternoon and early evening a couple of times so I thought everything was good. I'm sorry I missed your call when you returned later at night. I'm not sure what the difference was with the keypad or if you were entering something different late at night when you retuned. I do plan to post something on the door with instructions just in case guests don't read the detailed instructions on the access message that gets sent the day of arrival. Thanks again for staying.

Thanks for the positive discussion over the phone about your review. I will continue to work with VRBO on making the railroad tracks known as well as the typical schedule. Unlike the other platform these are listed in, it doesn't allow me to go to lengths about the outdoor spaces and neighborhood. The 10:30 pm and 4:30 am times are typical. I'm sorry that there was one a little later, more in the middle of the night. As we talked about, my per night rate was below area hotels and you get a kitchen and living room. Yes, the cleaner, the state and local taxes and VRBO get their portion as well. Unfortunately, that is just how rentals are listed on these platforms. I still feel it is a great value versus a hotel. Thank you for clarifying that cleaning the condo when checking out was only starting the laundry and dishwasher. It is pretty common for rentals like this to do those things. I still cannot find a place where additional fees were threatened. The check out procedures list I have on the table simply reminds guests, doesn't threaten. Thanks for staying.
