The neighbors are all friendly, but some of their houses are old and look run down. Rest assured, despite the old houses across the street and next door, our neighborhood is safe and friendly - we love our neighbors!

The neighborhood is classic central coast funk - old beach bungalows mixed in with newer homes. The house is just up the street from iconic Highway 1.
