The place was nice and clean and right next to the beach. The only drawback to staying at this place is parking. There is only street parking. We got lucky and found a close spot on arrival.

Pismo at the Beach review

Our stay was short but very enjoyable. The unit was clean and comfortable, and the location was convenient to walk though out Pismo. Jenny and Kim responded quickly to my questions and made us feel at home. We would definitely stay again.

A perfect Place.

We stayed in Pismo for a friendā€™s birthday bash at the Vespera. We didnā€™t want to spend the outrageous prices over there so we turned to VRBO. This place was half the price and very roomy for a family of 4. Love the decorative pictures too.

Fun and relaxing

The property manager was quick to respond and accommodating when we desired to upgrade our stay. Unit is a little different in design as bedroom upstairs and one bathroom you have go through to get to that bedroom, but it worked just fine for us. Large living area with comfortable seating and great view of boardwalk, ocean, and pier. Walking distance to plenty of restaurants.

Place was very acceptable. Here are some suggestions for consideration. There were no face tissue in unit, refrigerator noisy for those sleeping on pull out couch, need to ask on reservations about ADA considerations, need hold bar in shower and parking very difficult! Thank you

Relaxing and convenient!

My family and I came to Pismo for a mini vacation, and stayed in apartment #4. We were lulled to sleep every night by the soothing sounds of the waves, and loved the crisp breeze that flowed through the apartment with all the windows open. We were just steps away from all the downtown shops, and it was so nice to not have to search for a parking spot! Everything was literally right around the corner. There is access to the beach at the end of the street (again, just steps away!), and the beach area in front of our apartment building was very nice. We very much enjoyed daily walks along the shore. In the evenings, we enjoyed winding down in the very large living room, and at night, the bed was so comfortable! While small, the kitchen had everything we needed to fix a few meals at home, and it was nice having a full size stove. This was so much better than a hotel, and we will most definitely be staying here from now on when we come to Pismo.

Great 3 days/nights in Pismo!

Foggy weather in the am but sunshine later in the day & nice walks along the beach towards sunset. Condo had new carpeting, paint & flooring. Very relaxing environment. Some noise at 5:30 am when our bedroom window was open from a delivery truck & garbage pickup from a hotel across the street. Beach access a few steps away & sound of waves crashing at night was wonderful. Within walking distance from the pier & quite a few good restaurants. Would rebook again sometime. Pismo Preserve has nice trails close by. Good instructions from vacation rental company. .

great location! so clean!

the location is just outside of the main down town area that it gives you some peace from the madness. the beach is literally 10 steps away and down town is 3 blocks. we woke up and walked to coffee and breakfast and were able to walk everywhere. parking for unit 4 is a little bit of an issue only because itā€™s street parking and street parking is hard to find. but the good news is once youā€™re parked thereā€™s really no need to move your car. while there is laundry here, itā€™s not in-unit. you need to go to the garage and do it. it gets stuffy and hot if the windows are closed as thereā€™s no AC but they have a ceiling fan and provided some fans. family owned property and business and very communicative with easy check in! they donā€™t offer early or late check out 5/5 would recommend staying here!

Nice unit near peir

The unit was very nice and super clean. Wish I had known our unit didn't have parking in the garage ahead of time. Took 7.5 hrs to get there in a tiny rental car in anticipation of parking which is why we picked this rental. Be aware the hotel and restaurant next door get deliveries every day between 5 and 6am. Location was great for walking around town and close to the restaurants at the pier. Would recommend. Had a nice visit

A gem of a condo!

We had a wonderful stay at Pismo on the Beach unit 4. The condo appeared recently renovated and immaculately clean upon entry and we had a view of the beach from our kitchen and eating area. Parking was on the street and easy, and we could walk everywhere. It was such a joy to just walk out the door and be at the beach literally by just walking across the street where there was entrance to the beach. Loved staying here and hope to be back. Highly recommended!
