Thanks for letting us know you enjoyed everything! We look forward to hosting you a 4th time next year! - Winter Park Lodging Company

Thanks so much for letting us know. We do have computerized locks however we also have each home inspected prior to your arrival and sometimes our inspectors do find something that needs to be addressed prior to allowing access so that all is working/right in the property. We don't have exact timing on when our maintenance staff are in/out of the home completing those tasks so we just had a slight overlap of when that work was being completed. Sorry that it hindered your check in time a bit!

So wonderful to hear! Thanks so much for letting us know. Always happy to see when you've booked another stay with you....catch you again this spring! ~ The Winter Park Lodging Company Team
