North Myrtle Beach condo rental Ocean Bay Club unit 1307 is a beautiful 4 bedroom, 3 bath oceanfront condo just two blocks from Main Street! Ocean Bay Club is in the heart of Ocean Drive. This oceanfront condo has a king bed with a balcony access, a queen bed in the 2nd bedroom, a double bed in the 3rd bedroom, and 2 twin beds in the 4th bedroom. There is also a double size sleeper sofa. Two of the four bedrooms have adjoining bathrooms. There are 5 TVs, free Wi-Fi, and a washer/dryer. There is cable TV in the living room and one bedroom. Roku TVs are in all other bedrooms so you can use your own account. This condo has a fully equipped kitchen, living and dining area, and oceanfront balcony. Ocean Bay Club has an indoor pool, outdoor pool, lazy river, Jacuzzi, kiddie pool, and fitness room. Parking is on-site.

During the summer months, Ocean Drive Pavilion is a popular spot for kids and adults! Take a ride on the ferris wheel to see a sky high view of the majestic Atlantic. Walk along Main Street and listen to beach music while eating a tasty ice cream cone or drinking a favorite beverage. Visit Shops on Main and the Greg Rowles Legacy Theatre for family fun and entertainment. You are walking distance from Ocean Bay Club to several eateries and unique shops. Get some sand between you toes while walking along the seashore watching the brilliant sunset.

If you are a golfer, you are in the right place! The "Golf Capital of the World" has several golf courses where you can set up a tee time. If you are a shopper, you will not be disappointed in the variety of shops that you will find at Broadway at the Beach, Barefoot Landing, and Tanger Outlets. For your entertainment, one of the best shows is Pirates Voyage where you dine and participate in pirate-like activities. Carolina Opry and Alabama Theater are excellent shows that everyone must take time to see. The Myrtle Beach Sky Wheel, Hollywood Wax Museum, Ripley's Aquarium, and Alligator Adventure are just a few other tourists' favorites.

* 3 parking passes are allowed.
* Families only. No student groups. The minimum age requirement is 25 to make a reservation. You must be at least 25 to check-in.
* This is a non-smoking property, except in designated areas.
* Pets are not allowed on the property by guests.
* Motorcycles are not allowed on the property by guests.
* Golf carts are not allowed on the property by guests.
* Parking garage height restrictions: Ground Level: height restriction 8 feet 6 inches. Parking Levels 1-6: Height restriction is 6 feet, 8 inches.
* The main pool will be heated in April, May, October, and November.
* The indoor pool is heated from September to May.
* Bathrooms are located on the 1st and 2nd floors.

Great property

Condo was clean and well stocked. Linens and towels were provided which was a huge plus. Would loved to have been able to stay longer.

Oceanfront stay

Location was perfect with easy access to the beach. We’ve stayed at the Ocean Bay Club before and would stay there again. The condo could use some updates but overall it suited our needs perfectly.

Great family vacation

We enjoyed how spacious the condo was, views of the ocean, and so close to Ocean Drive. The only reason I gave a slightly lower rating on cleanliness is that the pillows and mattress pads need to be replaced. Thanks for a great stay!

Beautiful view, great stay!

Beautiful view! Nice place! Could have been cleaned a little better before we arrived, some surfaces had been visibly not been cleaned well, but we wiped everything down and moved on! We had a great week at this condo!

Kitchen appliances need to be updated. Blind in 2nd bedroom needs to be replaced. Curtis In master needs replacing. Overall place was great. Close to a lot of great restaurants. Will come back.

Family Vacation

Nice unit, even if a bit dated. The listing mentions dvd players, there aren’t any so bring one if you need that entertainment for rainy days with little ones. Kitchen is well stocked. Beds and couches comfortable. Facility itself well kept and security very pleasant and attentive. Location and area quite nice and safe. The unit was plenty spacious for 8 people and we never seemed to lack for seating.

Wonderful property, slight cleanliness problems.

We have stayed at OBC 2 years in a row. We love it there! The central location is perfect for shopping, food and other amenities. Everything about the condo was excellent! The only issue we had was cleanliness. We found crumbs and other half eaten foods in a few spots. For example, when we opened the pull out couch, there were cookie crumbs that we can only assume were from a previous visitor. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay and will definitely return!

North Mytle Beach Stay

Overall we were very satisfied. The location was excellent. easy walking distance to Main Street. All surfaces were clean, appliances and ac were in good working condition. Shower head in main bathroom should be changed or cleaned properly. It was either very dirty or moldy. TVs in bedrooms were a little awkward to work. Clear instructions for each would be helpful.

Great vacation

Everything was great about our vacation. Unit 1307 is very large and worked perfectly for our family. The unit was very clean and we did some cooking. The blender was broken which was too bad because we were looking forward to beach smoothies. But that is a little thing. The beach in front of the unit was perfect and the location was great with everything we wanted in walking distance. Renters should be aware that the main pool is only 3 ft deep in most places, with a 5 ft deep part under the shade. It is good for standing but not for swimming. The lazy river was enjoyable and the complex does a good job of making sure it doesn't get too crowded. Overall, we loved it and we will be back.

Great location!

The room description was accurate, it was in a nice location and the amenities were great. Convenient to many shops, restaurants and beach access. Only reason I am giving it a 4 out of 5 stars is due to the Ocean Bay Club resort itself. People were constantly smoking on their balcony and parking garage even though it is a non-smoking facility. I told security several times, told a worker that I saw in the hallway and called management. Nothing was done. So if you have a reaction to cigarette smoke, just be careful. We had to go inside off the balcony a few times due to the smoke.

The location is great for shopping, beach, etc. This place is outdated, water is slow in the drains, bathroom vents sound like a plane taking off and walls are super thin. You will hear all of your neighbors!

Wonderful location!

We love staying in North Myrtle Beach! This condo has great amenities and is a gorgeous view of the ocean from the 13th floor! The condo did have dirty sheets on the beds when we arrived and the floor was dirty as well, but we called and they came and took care of us after hours! The indoor pool was closed due to a problem with the lock on the door, but we had great weather and didn’t need it anyway. The beds in the twin, queen and double bed rooms need updated but the king felt great to me! Keep in mind if you would like to rent a golf cart while on vacation here they do not allow you to park your rental on the premises at all! Wish we were told that ahead of time, but not that big of deal!! We had a great time! We will be back!!

Great Place to Stay

The place was great! It had plenty of room and was very clean. Check-in and check-out processes were easy and communication with owners was effortless. My family loved the location, as it was ocean front and convenient to everything! I would recommend this to anyone looking for a nice family getaway!

I would stay again.

Honestly I just had a few negatives the semi broken door handle on bedroom sliding glass door and rusted furniture that broke and plastic that broke [all reported] and no replacements before we left. It was a great-stay, amazing view, convenient, peaceful, I'd stay here again as I understand things happen and I'm sure they have been fixed/upgraded for the next group. The place has lots of room and comfortable for large amounts of people. Washer and dryer on hand is perfect to keep up with all swimming and beaching...

Don’t recommend unless changes are made

The property had a beautiful view and was spacious. However, the property was dirty. It also had a terrible odor because it had recently been painted. There was paint on the bedspread , dishes, and kitchen cabinets. There was no shower curtain in one of the bathrooms and had to buy one. I do not recommend this property unless improvements are made.
