Being on the lobby level of the tower, you avoid elevators and can walk straight in from the parking deck down a short private hallway to your vacation home in the elegant Margate Tower of Kingston Plantation resort.

This condo is the only of its kind in the tower Eye level with the beach above the dunes, this 4 bedroom extra spacious beautiful condo invites and warms the mind allowing you to get right to your vacation.
Walk right out to the beach and pools with easy access.
The resort is in the middle of it all really. Barefoot Landing only a few minutes drive away bosting tons of restaurant options and shopping. Also the Tanger outlets and Walmart just a few minutes away

We love to stay in touch at our guests convenience through text/voice/email and messenger on AirBnB app.

Thanksgiving retreat

This was a peaceful place to get away from the everyday. It’s beautifully furnished. Beds are comfortable. Beautiful view of the beach.

Very convenient

Nice easy spot to bring in luggage and groceries as it is on the main floor. Also enjoyed all the beach chairs and beach toys for the kids!

Great getaway

All was well with the property and unit. Fit the bill as described, we've stayed in the building before so familiar with the set up. Only disappointment was NOT having access to the gym and pickleball courts as outlined within the unit overview.

Perfect fit

The unit is just as pictured online. The short walk to the parking garage and beach made this unit perfect for my elderly parents and pregnant daughter. The unit has everything we need for a week long family vacation. The privacy and security make for a great family atmosphere. We’ll be back!!

Incredible Condo and Host

What a gorgeous condo. It literally had everything we needed and could have wanted. The huge living room couch is so fantastic and comfortable. The views pf the beach and ocean are just too beautiful for words from this condo. The resort was nice and clean and we felt very welcomed and thankful to he there. We have stayed many man times in the resort but hands down best condo and host we have had. We have already booked our summer vacation with Chris and we highly recommend this host.

Outstanding Condo

This unit is absolutely amazing. It is very modern and fully stocked with everything you will need to have a great vacation. Also, JD and Chris were great to deal with. Excellent and quick response to communication streams…including a very detailed and helpful communication prior to our arrival and a mid-week check to make sure all is well. It is early in the rental process for this beautiful condo. Once others discover this treasure it will likely be booked often and early. Thank you for a wonderful vacation! Margate Penthouse (I still chuckle because it was in the lowest level) was exactly as described in the pictures. Our biggest priority is that we walk into a clean place and it did not disappoint. Communication with Grand Strand was timely and informative. We were a group of 7 and the space was ideal. The living room and dining space set up allowed us to be all together but we never felt “on top of each other.” Beds were comfy. The kitchen was well appointed and, while we did not use them, there were plenty of beach items (chairs, toys, etc) if needed. The ability to come directly in from the parking garage without waiting for an elevator was awesome. The beach was nice, but be warned that there are stairs to navigate if you have ambulatory issues. This was on the quiet end of the Myrtle beach. If you want activity, you will have to drive or get a ride. We would consider coming back!

Excellent View with plenty of space

Property was clean, spacious, and had an excellent view. Communication was excellent with quick response to a small issue we had with a television. With timely assistance provided to correct the issue. 0 complaints on communication and response. Our only cons if you call them that would be patio furniture needs upgraded for sure but worked for our needs. Which they did advise they were in the process of taking care of this item. Water takes a bit to get hot but guessing that is probably standard in this large building. Overall wonderful communication, beautiful property and location. We felt safe for our group of ladies, and we would 100% stay again as this was a lovely place and wonderful host communication and information. 10/10 would recommend.
