Welcome to Villa 523 Mariner's Club.

Enjoy the breathtaking sunrise over the Atlantic Ocean from your covered lanai while sipping your morning coffee. Witness streaks of orange, yellow, and pink paint the eastern sky before the sun peeks over the horizon in all its glory. Don't want to set the alarm clock and would rather stay in bed? Just leave the blinds open in the master bedroom and stay snuggled under the covers while you watch the show through the oversized sliding glass doors that open onto the lanai. Or take your coffee down to the upland sunning beach and relax in a lounge chair while watching this spectacular display, while you listen to the sound of the lapping ocean water and feel the sand between your toes. One word of warning for those who witness this celestial show: it can be quite addictive!

Not a morning person? Maybe you just want to sleep in on your vacation, then witness a similarly beautiful scene around sunset. Relax on the ocean front lanai while enjoying a glass of wine, unwinding from the day's activities, and watching the moon rise over the ocean. If you're lucky, you might just catch the full moon reflecting off the Atlantic. Cap off your evening by taking a stroll around the deep-water marina.

The dining area has a 6-seater mahogany table with additional seating at the breakfast bar.

The oceanview master bedroom has a king-size bed, flat-screen TV, and sliding doors that connect to the large covered balcony overlooking the pool and Atlantic Ocean. Luxuriate in the ensuite bath with a spa tub and a glassed-in shower with rain features...his and her sinks and a private water closet round out the features.

The 2nd Bedroom has a queen-size bed, a flat screen TV, and a full ensuite bath with a shower/tub.

A den has been converted to a 3rd sleeping space with two single beds. (No closet)

In Key Largo, it is all about location, gorgeous weather, and the stunning blue waters of the Atlantic Ocean...this villa will not disappoint you in the least!

PLEASE NOTE! Sleeps 6 in beds. Maximum occupancy at any time is 6.

Magnificent

We stayed for Memorial Day weekend and the condo facilities is as a very private exclusive feel even tho the pool is right outside the very large balcony. The pictures are very accurate. We will definitely come back .

Family getaway

Spent a week with our son and daughter in law and 5 month old grandkid. Unit is very clean and everything is there for cooking own meals. Nice view from the porch of the ocean and pool. This is a second floor unit and there is an elevator if needed. Lots and lots of good restaurants within a short drive. Grocery only a few miles away. Very nice stay in Key Largo.

Beauty in Key Largo

The images really don't do this justice, this condo is bigger then in the images. we had a lot of room to live for a week and the amenities are plentiful. The walk in pool is like being at the beach, which is great when you have a 9 month old I have 2 small complaints: 1 coming off the road into the property 4 times there was a row of 3 or 4 cars waiting to get through the gate because there was no one to open it and all 4 times we had to wait more then 5 minutes for the guard to come back to the shack. The 2nd issue we had is the plumbing, you had to hold the master bathroom toilet lever down to get it to flush, the water pressure is not the best and when taking a shower it would go from scalding hot to cold back to scalding hot no matter where you had the shower lever. Other then the 2 issues this place was great and I would do it again.

Nice place

The resort is nice, clean and our room was very spacious. Felt safe with security @ gate. Pool was large and had 2 hot tubs, although 1 had the heater broke. There was a slight sewer smell by the sandy rock area. No real beach but beautiful views of the bay. We enjoyed the balcony and the pier in the evening. There were a few minor things in the room that needed fixed (ceiling fan and door handle in queen room) but nothing major. They did come in our room while we were out because a sensor was alerting moisture on the hot tub? We thought that was kind of odd but they did call and tell me. Elevator was nice and easy room entry. Overall a very nice place to stay.

Thank you for your review. To clarify on the alert to moisture on the hot tub. We use a system called Point Central to alert us of any potential water leaks. As this villa is on the second floor it is especially important with moisture alerts that we immediately investigate to prevent damage not only to this villa but the one below. We are happy you enjoyed your stay, please think of us when planning your return trip!

Absolutely Lovely!

The photo overlooking the oasis pool area and ocean beyond was what sold us on this condo-- it was awesome waking up with our coffee watching the sun rise every day! We loved the chill vibe of Key Largo and Islamorada area, visiting lots of great restaurants while there. Really enjoyed the pool the most! The grounds are kept very nice-- there's a marina, tennis/pickleball courts, and a fitness room. No swimming beach if that is what you want. We did locate St.Annes beach to the south about 20 minutes and enjoyed a couple hours there. Inside the condo we enjoyed all the comforts-- a few "beachy" updates with furniture and colors would have been nice, but was not the number 1 thing. The owner does need to attend to new window treatments in the master (falling apart!), broken ceiling fan in 2nd bdrm, and faulty Powder Rm toilet--everything else was good though. FYI-- there is no kitchen basics (like some oil, or salt and pepper) to rely on, so be prepared for that. We overall Loved this place!

Thank you for taking the time to review! We are delighted to know you enjoyed the villa and Mariners Club facilities. The homeowner is arriving soon and will be addressing the master bedroom window treatments and replacing the fan as well as adding furniture to the new sleeping space so on your return you will find it a 3-bedroom! We'll check out the powder room toilet...we were not aware there was an issue thanks for letting us know.

Very disappointing.

Very disappointing. Could have been wonderful The office staff was very nice and addressed our issue by passing on to maintenance. Instead of being honest and explaining that yes new water heater was on order. The current unit was not functioning properly. The manager laughed at me when we reported finally on the last Night the water was warm enough to stay on it under the shower unlike other days when you washed outside of water stream and rinsed quickly to remove soap. Not sure what occurred but someone had been in our condo earlier that day leaving the order to heater closet open. We were not home at the time
