Best Ocean/Beach and Marina views from the living, family, dinning, kitchen rooms plus balcony and huge entertainment patio and yard.
It is just over an hour from Miami International Airport and less than 100 miles from Key West. Key Largo is known for it's fabulous diving, snorkeling and fishing with charter boats available nearby for all of these activities. Kawama Yacht Club is a gated community with both lake and ocean beaches and pools with lounging and BBQ areas, playground, light tennis and pickle ball courts, fire pits etc.

Our two story townhouse villa has down stairs one bedroom, one bath, family room, huge entertainment patio, grassy back yard, washer/dryer in the garage. Up stairs with is a great room with high ceilings for the kitchen, living, dinning area. Along with balcony, two bedrooms and two baths.

You'll love seeing the sea foam colors of the ocean as you cook in our brand new kitchen or grill on our patio overlooking the marina. The sunrises from our balcony are spectacular and the sunsets from 'The Point' are so beautiful. This is a perfect place for families to share wonderful quality time together. Pack your toothbrushes and bathing suits and come down and enjoy our vacation home.

Great views!

Very nice place, beautiful balcony views. The kids loved the iguanas everywhere and the saltwater lagoon.

Fantastic Keys Location

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Sandy was easy to communicate with and checked in to make sure we didn’t need anything and offered great suggestions. The property has a couple pools to swim in, a lagoon to swim and snorkel in, and a beach Oceanside that proved to be an amazing snorkeling location. The views from the property were amazing and we loved sitting in the patio enjoying the weather. We hope to be back!!!

Key largo

This property is perfectly located on the water in key largo. A very nicely laid out 3 bed, 3 bath townhouse that offers all the convenience of home. The condo faces east and has amazing sunrises. It was very enjoyable and spacious for our group of 4 adults. The owners were very easy to communicate with and responsive. Would definitely recommend this property.

Sunrise!! Sunset!!!

Just beautiful we had s great time ! Very relaxing and plenty to do . Irma did do some havoc on the beach area but you can still get in the water and walk out at least 50 yards into the ocean just awesome The inside of unit is perfect we had our newlywed daughter and husband had the down stairs and our son and us had the upstairs. Plenty of room and the balcony and deck is wonderful for sunrise and the point is great for sunsets. Decorated beautiful with a beach scenes.

Excellent community fantastic location

we received such a warm welcome and we were so happy with the house. The views from the living rooms (went upstairs and downstairs) were fantastic. My kids were obsessed with the foosball table downstairs and spent most of their time in the community lagoon. Perfectly sized house for my group of four adults and three kids. The community aquatic center that is just a few minute drives away was also a huge hit. They have a high dive and a kids splash zone area. Highly recommended this house to anyone with children over the age of five.

A perfect spot for a family

The house was perfectly sized for my four children, my husband and I. There was plenty of space to stretch out along with ample bedroom space and one bathroom per two people. That makes life easier! We enjoyed the property around the house itself as we could easily get into the ocean, watch the sunset from the jetty, swim in a heated pool or swim in the lagoon. The owners were friendly, helpful with suggestions, and easy to contact. The house also had everything we needed to cook, serve meals and relax after busy days soaking up the sun.

Location was a 10, house is worn out. Pictures on the website are obviously staged. Most of the cupboards and closets were locked kitchen cabinets and bathrooms were jammed with personal items and a mess. Outdoor furniture, falling apart beds have mattress toppers cause they’re so uncomfortable. Bedding is old . SPIRAL STAIRCASE is the only way to access main living area. I felt like I was intruding on someone’s home. Owners were very nice to deal with. as we had a leak under the sink upon arrival, ice n water in fridge not working, was told 2 days before. NOT WORTH 750 per night I paid. Disappointed

Everything was quick and easy with our stay. Sandy was an incredible hostess, with information about where to go and things to do. This trip was for my husband’s 60th birthday and he had a perfect time.

Great views and location

Our stay was wonderful. The Villa had beautiful view of marina and ocean to watch sunrises. Very clean with well equipped kitchen. The complex had two pools to use and a salt water lagoon with a nice little beach area. Easy to find chairs to layout at both pools. Our hosts were very attentive if you have a questions and recommended some great restaurants in the area that were all within a 10 minute drive.

Beautiful setting

The sunrise from the balcony is beautiful. The kitchen and living area are updated and comfortable. The owner Sandy was easy to work with quick to respond to questions. The rooms and bathrooms need to be updated. The other thing I think renters need to be aware of are the two spiral staircases that are the only means of getting to the main area. This could pose a real issue for anyone with mobility issues. We enjoyed the rental and the area.

Activity filled family vacation

Sandy was a wonderful communicative caring hostess. Condo was fabulous with everything we needed and you really can’t beat the view. We also enjoyed the nice grill, kitchen and family foosball tournaments. We enjoyed a lot of activities in the Keys with our 7 and 10 year old girls and all were great. Dolphins Plus dolphin encounter; turtle hospital tour; snorkeling with a tour company; swimming with dolphins and sharks and fabulous shows (all so easy) at theater of the sea; private deep sea fishing and Sharkeys making our fish (yum); great restaurants; must try Harriett’s muffins. We really enjoyed Bahia Honda state park for a day. Also enjoyed sombrero beach and Burdines for lunch. Both over an hour drive but worth it. Condo was clean and well cared for and loved. The beach on property was covered in trash - our only “issue,” and obviously not with our hosts. Thank you Sandy!

Absolutely Amazing Vacation

I wanted to take this opportunity to thank you Sandy and Al from the bottom of my heart for such wonderful place. All of our family had absolute blast while vacationing at Kawama Yacht Club and Marina. The view from the balcony is fantastic. It is truly difficult to describe the unfolding beauty of the place, you actually have to be there to experience it. The community itself is nothing but friendly, warm and open people. The sunrises and sunsets are magnificent and no two are the same. The fire pits at night is absolutely great to get all of the family in a circle. The place is magical, I would definitely recommend anyone to visit and experience everything for themselves. Again, Sandy and Al, thank you, thank you, thank you very much!

Christmas in Key Largo - Villa 5!

We have never traveled for a vacation over the Christmas holiday. I must say it was wonderful! Escaping South Bend, IN for a week was amazing. The villa was a perfect set up for my husband and I, our three adult children and new son-in-law. Bedrooms, bathrooms, newly remodeled kitchen were just as described. The view was spectacular. Thank you Sandy and Al for making your home our home this Christmas!!

Loved the villa by the sea! The villa looked just like the pictures on the internet,lots of neat decorations!The villa had everything we needed. Lots of space. We were travelling with our 4 teenage children, there was plenty enough space and things to do right there. The kitchen has everything you needed for cutlery and pots and pans to make your meals. Beach towels,and all the linens clean and ready for use. We arrived late and the key less entry was great. We didn't realize the view out the big patio doors till morning.The sunrise over the ocean view from the balcony was amazing. It was full moon while we were there and those views from the balcony were wonderful as well. The people are friendly, the pools were great. We loved floating in the lagoon. Can't wait to go back again!

Great townhome for a family vacation

This is a beautiful, clean, and well-stocked home. We loved the quiet, gated community, the view from the patio, the new kitchen, the cute Christmas tree, and enough bathrooms for our group of 7. We especially appreciated the attentiveness of the owners. They keep their availability calendar up to date, confirmed our reservation quickly, provided clear directions and instructions for the property, and gave us great info on shopping, sights, and restaurants in the area. We'll definitely stay here again if we can ever get all of our kids' schedules with work, college, etc. to line up for another vacation in the future! Thank you Sandy!

Perfect.

I searched for a week looking for just the right spot for my cousins and sisters and I to stay while there for a family wedding. Sandys villa was exceptionally clean and provided everything we needed during our stay. Sandy remained available to communicate. The view from the deck was awesome seeing yachts and the Atlantic beyond from the deck and patio. Great complex for taking a walk for exercise. Everyone had plenty of privacy having 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. We loved walking to the point to view the sunset. Her recommendations for dining were spot on! Our favorites were the Pilot House and Mile 88. My sister intended to shop one day on Islamondora at Mile 88 and when we got there we were seated at an outdoor picnic table glider with a canopy for shade. A gentle breeze was blowing. We split a captains platter consisting of lobster, mahi and pinks with a couple of tropical drinks and we sat there for 3 1/2 hours and never went shopping. We were right on the water watching the boats, the people and iguanas. We will definitely be staying at Sandys and hanging out at Mile 88 on our next visit! Thank you Sandy for your hospitality and the sweet welcome basket you left in the kitchen for us:)

Wonderful place!

Came to celebrate a girlfriend's wedding. We loved this place, the beautiful ocean view, comfortable bedrooms, new kitchen looking out to the ocean. The owners were great to work with. Don't hesitate to book this place!

Lovely Condo in Paradise

We had a magical spring break week with three 15 year old girls at Sandy and Al's charming condo. The condo was bright and breezy and felt clean and fresh. The views of sunrises and storms were spectacular. The gated community was relaxed and full of nice people. We felt comfortable with the girls going to the two pools and beach without adults. We all loved the place and our watersport adventures (snorkeling and sailing and kayaking) and had a wonderful time in Key Largo.

We live in Miami just an hour and 15 minutes from Kawama Yacht Club. For the last 18 years we have enjoyed so many wonderful
weekends with our families and friends down here. There is a sense of peace we get when we walk into our villa and see the spectacular ocean views. We enjoy cooking up some freshly caught seafood here or heading out to any of the lovely seafood restaurants nearby. It is truly paradise!
