**Free Beach service with rentals** Enjoy family fun in the sun here at TOP OF THE GULF in a spacious studio condo accommodating 4 guests with direct access to the beach on Thomas Drive. Property includes 2 full size beds, fully stocked kitchen, flat screen TV, cable, and WIFI. Three common balconies on each floor and coin-operated laundry facilities are available to the guest. No private balconies are available. Includes a rooftop patio located above the on-site snack bar, shuffleboard, and an extra-large pool with recent upgrades. Walking distance to Golf Course, local restaurants, family-friendly activities, and multiple nightclubs. Everyone in the unit must be 25 or older or a child of a registered guests. Parking Notes: A $30 resort fee is charged by the HOA and due upon arrival, Cash Only. This resort fee includes a parking pass for one vehicle and up to four wristbands. Parking is limited during peak times, only 1 vehicle allowed per stay. Unit does not have a balcony.

The view was beautiful and the size was perfect for my friend and I. It was affordable and loved that the beach was right out the back door! Close to my favorite Hershey's ice cream spot and Parlor Donuts! Beach Service was great!

Quick getaway

We took off after the hurricane Helene to top of the gulf and this was my second stay here. It’s always perfect and will stay here again ! Perfect for a family trip or just a weekend getaway!

We enjoyed our stay

The actual resort was fantastic. We enjoyed our stay. We loved the location the access to the beach and the swimming pool was amazing. Staff was very friendly. The condo had everything and looked as it did in the pictures. Check-in was a breeze had all my information well before check in. The beds were not great. The cleaning should have been better, but it did not affect our stay. We enjoyed it and will visit this resort again.

beautiful getaway right on the gulf!

this room has the most beautiful view of the gulf. crystal clear waters and sugar sands are just steps away, filled with lots of wildlife. we saw hermit crabs, seahorses, sanddollars, and tons of blue crabs. the location is perfect for beach days or some shopping, it’s close to everything you would ever need. lots of great local restaurants too! owners are very friendly and respond quickly. the bathroom is a little on the smaller side, but overall this was a great experience and we will definitely be back soon!

Refreshing and very pretty

There’s no need going on the reviews . This place was great a little dated but still do able . Our beds were worn out but surprisingly we wasn’t in pain when we woke . Building has been taken care of . Friendly service .

The room looked good from a distance there was no balcony. The mattresses were wore out cheap ones . And there were covered with plastic. We left early and went down the street to regency towers.

We had a great time. 3rd year staying at the complex. Location is perfect. Best time of the year is August. School is in and less crowded. O ly thing i can say about room , was a little out dates, could use hooks in bathroom for towels, maybe some shelving under sink, a wall clock and matching decor. No pictures mstch. Had trouble with TV, but pwners sent some right away. We will definitely stay again. Owners were always in contact if we needed anythi g.
