Check-in is at 4 PM CT (5 PM Spring Break, Weekends, and Major Holidays)

Enjoy a relaxed and convenient Panama City Beach getaway at this well-located condo in the Top of the Gulf community on Thomas Drive. Designed for comfort and simplicity, this unit is ideal for couples or small families looking to stay close to the beach without paying beachfront prices. Inside, you’ll find a comfortable living area, sleeping accommodations for unwinding after a full day in the sun, and everything needed for an easy, stress-free stay. Step outside and you’re just a short walk to the sugar-white sand and emerald waters of the Gulf of Mexico. Guests enjoy access to resort amenities, including a beachfront swimming pool, fitness center, seasonal snack bar, and convenient on-site laundry facilities. The central Thomas Drive location places you near local restaurants, shopping, golf, and popular Panama City Beach attractions, while still offering a laid-back coastal atmosphere.
The unit accommodates up to 4 guests maximum (including children and infants of all ages) per PCB Ordinance 1632. Having more guests than the maximum of 4 allowed by law could result in a fine starting at $500 and ejection - NO MONEY WILL BE REFUNDED.
Upon arrival, ALL GUESTS must register at the HOA office to receive their parking pass and wristbands. It is located on the first floor to your left as you walk in. The cost of it is $30, and they accept cash only.
NOTE: This property requires armbands to be worn AT ALL times for safety.
