This rental has wonderful outdoor space. The roomy patio sits right on the boardwalk for great people-watching and easy access to everything in the area. The upstairs unit features beautiful ocean views. (keep an eye for dolphins in the morning)
Located on 4th Street just a quick walk from the Balboa Pier, Fun Zone, & Ferry with Volleyball Courts and fire-pits out on the beach near the pier and you are never more than a few minutes away from the action! From our home, you can safely walk or ride bikes anywhere on the peninsula. With more than 30+ restaurants & bars, shops, boat/jet ski rentals, etc. within a 2-15 minute walk, you will always have something exciting to do.
For those of you seeking a Daytime adventure, the Catalina Express, Whale Watching Tours, and Sailing Adventures all depart from across the Street.
For those of you with kids, Balboa Fun-zone is just across the street on the bay making this home an ideal location for families.
For those of you wanting to Shop, you can hop on the Balboa Island Ferry and catch a quick taxi up the Hill to the Shops at Fashion Island.

Laundry Laundry Facilities are shared.Please be courteous and respectful when using this shared space. Be mindful of other guests' schedules and remove items promptly.
High Chair & Pack 'n Play High chair and Pack 'n Play are available by request only. Please request at least 48 hours prior to your stay, subject to availability.

As is common in these areas, noise from construction, municipal services, beachgoers, vehicle and air traffic, adjacent homes, and nearby commercial or residential spaces may occur. Fireplace Warning - The indoor Fireplace is inoperable and for decoration only. Do not attempt to light. -We recommend you bring firewood if you plan to enjoy the fire pits on the beach near the pier provided by the city.
Quiet Hours Notice Per City of Newport Beach “Good Neighbor Policy” Quiet Hours are Strictly Enforced between the hours of 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. No patio noise is permitted between these hours. Please see house rules for more city noise requirements.

If a pet becomes a nuisance, including excessive barking, or poses a threat to other residents or guests, you may be required to remove the pet or your reservation may be canceled without refund. Beautiful ocean view. Up and down stairs condos with separate entrances and 3 car garage fit our large family gathering perfectly! Had separate living rooms for some privacy but also so close to spend time together. Walkable location to the restaurants and beach.We drove half an hour to Disneyland. Lovely spot!

Fabulous location. Our family had a great time. The house and patio were very comfortable and spacious. The window coverings and sliding doors could use some maintenance. The garages are very narrow for mid-sized cars, be careful.
