ABOUT THE HOME: Welcome to Sea Forever 30A. This recently renovated coastal cottage located in the 30A community of Seagrove Beach has everything you could want in a beach getaway. It's just the place to spend with your special someone or the family too. Relax around the community pools or hot tub after a day at the beach; or your evening drink from one of the balconies.

ABOUT THE AREA: Sea Forever 30A is centrally located on 30A with only a short bike ride to the excellent shopping and dining options of Seaside! If you prefer a leisurely stroll, then Café 30A is only minutes away and constantly ranked as one of the best restaurants on 30A. Angelina's is also within walking distance for pasta or pizza. Walk to The Donut Hut for morning donuts or breakfast sandwiches. The Big Chill at Prominence, around 3 miles East, is a great place to take kids, watch an outdoor movie, listen to music or eat at one of the half a dozen unique eateries.

BEACH ACCESS: The closest beach access is a short 5-minute walk just across 30A. 3468 Scenic 30A East Seagrove Beach is a short bike ride or drive; it is ADA accessible, has parking, restrooms, and lifeguards during peak season.

HOUSE RULES:
• Check-In: After 4 PM | Checkout: 10 AM
• No smoking or vaping
• Renters must be 25 years of age or older
• During busier times and due to limited infrastructure, internet connectivity may be affected. No refunds will be given for connection issues, no WiFi or slow WiFi
• All rentals require state and county tax plus additional required fees
• Bikes and golf carts are not guaranteed to be at property or to be in working order. No refunds will be given due to missing or broken issues.
• An initial starter kit of amenities are provided to all guests. For the kitchen this includes: 1 roll of paper towels, 1 dish sponge, 1 dish soap, 2 dishwasher pods, and 1 liner for each trashcan. For each bathroom it includes: 1 roll of toilet paper, 1 bar of soap. For towels you will receive: 1 body towel/1 washcloth per guest and 1 hand towel per bathroom, plus 2 washing machine pods.

IMPORTANT PRIOR TO ARRIVAL: All guests will be required to sign a rental agreement directly with 30A Beach Girls as well as provide verification of identity which includes: 1) a photo of your government issued ID such as a driver's license and 2) a "selfie". Both should be uploaded to our Happy Stays app.
