The Space:

Welcome to Snowline Hillside Chalet, a warm and inviting Mt. Baker basecamp tucked into the trees of Glacier’s beloved Snowline community. With a private hot tub, three gas fireplaces, a foosball room, pet friendly comfort, and access to Snowline’s seasonal heated outdoor pool, this home is made for years round mountain getaways.



Spend winter days skiing Mt. Baker, then come home to soak under the stars, gather by the fire, and let the kids take over the game room. In summer, start the morning with coffee on the deck, explore nearby trails and river access, then head to the community pool, tennis courts, playground, or open field for an easy mountain afternoon.



Inside, the home is comfortable, functional, and made for connection. The main floor features an open great room with a gas fireplace, a well equipped kitchen, built in dining area, powder room, and access to the large deck with the private hot tub. It is an easy layout for cooking, relaxing, playing games, and spending time together after a day outdoors.



Upstairs, you’ll find two private queen bedrooms, each with its own cozy gas fireplace. This level also includes two bathrooms, laundry, and a bonus room with a foosball table, couch, and twin over full bunk bed. The bonus room works especially well for kids, teens, or guests who want a casual hangout space of their own.

Snowline is a peaceful, gated mountain community nestled in the forest of Glacier, Washington, near the Mt. Baker Snoqualmie National Forest. Guests love the quiet wooded setting, park like grounds, walking trails, playground, open field, tennis courts, clubhouse, and seasonal heated outdoor pool.



This is one of the area’s most loved basecamps for year round adventure. Mt. Baker Ski Area is about 25 to 30 minutes away, with nearby access to hiking, mountain biking, rafting, fishing, river walks, and scenic drives to Artist Point when the road is open seasonally.



After a day outside, Snowline offers the kind of quiet mountain setting guests come here for: tall evergreens, fresh alpine air, community amenities, and a relaxed place to reconnect.

This home is located in a private mountain community with HOA rules that help keep Snowline peaceful and enjoyable for everyone.



The Snowline pool is seasonal and community managed, typically open during the summer season as weather and HOA operations allow. Pool hours and availability can vary. Up to 6 registered guests from this property may use the pool at one time.



Dogs are welcome with the applicable pet fee. Please keep pets leashed in the community, clean up after them, and do not leave pets unattended if they may bark or disturb neighbors.



This is a mountain and rainforest environment. Weather, road conditions, power, internet, and cell service can occasionally be impacted by storms, snow, trees, or regional outages. In winter, we strongly recommend all-wheel drive or 4-wheel drive and appropriate tires.



Wildlife is part of the area. Please do not leave food, trash, pet food, or coolers outside, as it can attract animals.



Parking is limited to the designated driveway area. Community roads must remain clear for residents, guests, emergency vehicles, and snow removal.
