Bayberry and Chinaberry Villa have long been popular villa accommodations for visitors to Anguilla. We offer a well priced villa for you and your friends and family to come together and enjoy. Whether you need one, two or three bedrooms we would be pleased to welcome you for your special days in Anguilla. The property has two buildings with two bedrooms in the main house - Bayberry, and an additional bedroom in the guest house Chinaberry.

Both buildings have private entrances, galleries for dining and enjoying the sunset, full kitchens and bathrooms. Whether you need 1, 2 or 3 bedrooms we would be thrilled to welcome you to Anguilla soon.

From 1 -3 bedrooms, we can accommodate your family or a group of friends.

We are the perfect spot for your next holiday in the Caribbean. Warm tranquil waters, the best beaches in the world -- in fact we have 36 of them. Our restaurants are superb and we are pleased to make recommendations on where to eat and where the best snorkeling is.

Come to Anguilla this year. Tranquility wrapped in blue. Come enjoy paradise.

This is not a shared property and you will have your own villa whether you need one, two or three bedrooms.

We do have AC available in our bedrooms. VRBO will automatically add a fee of $20 per day per bedroom. If you do not require it, just let us know and we can remove it from the quotation. Guests in May thru October often require it, but the trade winds pick up in November and our winter guests typically do not.

Simply Amazing

The booking process was very easy, and the villas were absolutely amazing. What a perfect location with lovely views, large bedrooms, and plenty of patio and outdoor space. The owner and the housekeeper were friendly and accommodating to the needs of my family, including young children. I highly recommend Bayberry Villas and absolutely will consider staying here again.

Amazing Location

Bayberry is an excellent villa with beautiful views of Rendezvous Bay and close to great restaurants and golf at Aurora. Lyn, our housekeeper was amazing and Gayle, the owner provided great advice regarding restaurant reservations. Beach chairs, floats and beach towels are all right there. Bring mosquito repellent as the mosquitos can be a bit pesky at times!

Gayle is tremendous and her property beautiful

Gayle was beyond helpful and attentive. She suggested and made restaurant reservations for us, she organized our car rental which was delivered to our property for our arrival. She offered to make our ferry reservations from st. marteen. She organized a taxi who was waiting for us and who brought us to the property. Lyn the housekeeper kept our place in beautiful shape throughout the trip. They provided local cell phones for us to use, towels, chairs, umbrellas. Really amazing. The pictures are very accurate - the views are awesome, the furniture and beds super comfortable. The compound, (both houses) looked and felt very safe to us. We were a family of 4 and used both houses. There was enough hot water for us all to take relatively quick showers after the beach. We had never been to Anguilla and were very impressed. It did not disappoint - beaches, food, bars and super yacht watching were all great. All that being said, without a doubt the locals are the best part of the experience - what an incredibly friendly, laid back and happy people. The only drawback, which had little to do with the home, was that there were mosquitos, so while we would have liked to have lounged outside at the home after the beach or in the morning- there are great terraces and landscaping - we really couldn't do that without a healthy dose of bug spray - which was also provided (they thought of everything). Apparently, according to locals, this was one of the first years with such mosquitos - hopefully they won't stay long. Thank you Gayle for sharing your great home and island life with us. We look forward to coming back.

We will be back!!

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed Bayberry. The views were amazing. We were so relaxed and although it was just the two of us, we definitely could have fit my son and his family with the two large bedrooms. Maybe next time. It was our first time in Anguilla and we went along with many of your suggestions for restaurants and local food. The food and wine were delicious!! The woman that takes care of Bayberry, Lyn was so gracious and helpful. We went all over the Island, different beaches, art gallery, restaurants, musical festival (Moonsplash) etc. It was a fun and relaxing vacation and our stay at Bayberry made it even more special. Thank you for all of your help planning the stay at Bayberry.

A Week in Paradise

This was our first trip to Anguilla and the trip and stay on the Island and Bayberry Villa exceeded our expectations. From the initial inquiry until arrival and then during our stay at the lovely villa, Gayle provided quick responses and guided us on every detail, making our arrival and stay most welcoming. The Villa is beautifully sited with cool breezes and views off three sides of the terrace overlooking the beautiful Rendezvous Bay and the gorgeous Caribbean Ocean. From sunrise to sunset the terrace was a great spot to relax at the beginning and end of every day. The inside was clean, and beautifully decorated complete with all amenities you could want and for dining in if you choose. We traveled with another couple and the space was perfect for the 4 of us. During the days, we enjoyed the many different beaches on Anguilla, and loved trying out all the wonderful local restaurants each with their own character for lunches and dinners on the water. The Guest book with recommendations of places to visit was full of great suggestions. A beautiful Island and everyone so friendly and helpful, including Gayle and Lynn who helped us every step of the way. We can’t wait to return to Anguilla and Bayberry Villa and would highly recommend.

Wonderful Stay!

Our trip to Anguilla was fantastic! This was our second time to visit Anguilla, but our first time to Bayberry/Chinaberry. We got to see old friends, visit our favorite establishments and try some new things, too. It was just as wonderful as we remembered. Staying at "The Berries" was delightful. It was perfect for our group of 6 adults. The location is great. It felt private and secluded. Gayle was easy to work with and accommodating. The beds were comfortable, the kitchens were well-equipped, and there was plenty of living space for all! Plus, you can't beat the views on the patios, especially for having some sundownders! There was also a great music selection. Lyn took care of us wonderfully. She has such a sweet demeanor and personality. Our house was kept so neat and clean throughout our stay. We never wanted for anything, and she even managed to keep the floors free of sand. If you stay, don't forget to fill up the bird bath and put out some sugar. The sugar-birds are quite fun to watch. We will most certainly be back to Anguilla and would definitely love to stay here again.

A Gracious Slice of Heaven

We rented Bayberry and Chinaberry for a "girls only" week to celebrate my Mom's 88th birthday...there is only one word to describe the charm, the detail to comfort, the perfect Caribbean meets Zen vibe of this property: REMARKABLE. The immaculate homes have every amenity as well as features I appreciate in a rental -such as quiet ceiling fans,mosquito nets, beyond fully equipt kitchen, multiple options for lounging and catching the sun or shade, thick bath towels, high quality bedding and bath supplies,WIFI/phone, great water pressure, truly inviting stylish and comfortable furniture, beach chairs, even a fully stocked refridgerator (option) & a bottle of local rum to welcome us! Perfect for families or couples, the landscaped courtyard and the decks double the living space and become magically lit at night. No need to go out to expensive restaurants at night...watching the sunset and enjoying the breeze....walled and raised to look over the bay, the property is supremely quiet.(except or the evening tree frogs) and feels very private and safe. Gayle arranged a car rental for us and provided tons of good island info such as the bakery (Gerauds) for the birthday cake. Lynn is a gem. Anguilla has miles of uncrowded soft white sand and the seas are every shade blue and aqua. The beach bars are fun for lunch. Seeing Bankie Banx in concert at the Dune Preserve, a treat. Take a catamaran to Prickly Pear. Eat at Tastys. While this property is not directly on a beach, we didn't mind a bit..the bay view is expansive and we explored different beaches by car, none more than 20-30 minutes away. Rendevous Bay, our favorite beach is very close by, although walking to it along the shore from the house is challenging due to erosion. Do not hesitate to book either Bayberry or Chinaberry or both..the property and Gayle's and Lynn's warmth added immeasurably to our Anguilla experience. From Day 1, it felt like home.

Wonderful stay in Baybarry!

We spent a wonderful time in Anguilla, the island is amazing and the sea is the best we have never seen. We had a beautiful holidays and it was excatly what we were looking for: quite place, wonderful sea and beaches, comfortable accomodation, good food. The Bayberry villa is awesome! It is comfortable, perfeclty cleanded and the view from the balcony is spectacular! Everything was perfect and we felt as if we were at home. Although there was another couple in Chinaberry, we have never met or heard them. We found the villa perfectly cleaned and tied up every day, Lynn has done his job in a great way! We would like to come back but next time we'll stay longer!!!! Thank you Gayle for your support and kindness!

Great Vacation

My wife and I stayed here for two weeks. The villa is beautifully decorated and had everything we needed. The housekeeper was very helpful in answering our questions. The location is in a quiet area conveniently between the west-side beaches and town. We would usually have lunch in one of the many good restaurants, go to a beach in the afternoon, then fix a small meal in the evening and watch the spectacular sunsets over Rendezvous Bay from our balcony. We hope to return...

Wonderful time in Anguilla

My husband and I spent a week in Anguilla, and Bayberry Villa really exceeded our expectations. The place is spacious, well-decorated, and well-managed. The housekeeper Lynn is very nice, and makes the house clean and tidy every time we come home in the evening. We did have a little issue with the internet not working. Gayle, who manages the property, tried many times to contact the internet company. Since it was the weekend, the service provider didn't respond, but Gayle did her utmost to help us and the problem was resolved Monday. For those who like to cook, the kitchen has a big enough collection of cookware for making most dishes and even drinks. There's also a bbq grill on the back porch. We would love to return to Bayberry if we visit Anguilla again!

Chinaberry Villa in Anguilla

Chinaberry is a spacious large one bedroom villa with a wonderful outdoor shower and extremely large deck. The villa has three fans, many windows, and an air conditoner - if needed. The place is well-appointed with soap and towels, imaculately cleaned and tidied up each day. It is one of those places that when your day ends from visiting nearby beaches, you can feel confortable and relaxed. The owner was responsive to all our inquiries before arriving, even helping to arrange boat service from the St. Maartin's airport as well as car rental.

The location is peaceful and surrounded by mature foliage. Rendezvous Bay is only 100 metres away and accessible by foot.

Bayberry & Chinaberry are perfect for your home away from home holiday. We have tried very hard to offer you a perfect retreat for friends getting together or families wanting to spend special times together.

Enjoy spectacular ocean views and views over Rendezvous Bay. The villa is centrally located on the south side of the island. Of late Rendezvous Bay has become a yacht harbour with charter yachts coming and going every day. Just one more thing you can while enjoying a leisurely breakfast on the ocean facing gallery.
