Clearview Villas offers two separate units. The downstairs unit is the smaller of the two featuring 2 bedrooms and 2 full baths, sleeping up to 5. The master bedroom offers a king size bed and en suite bath. There is also a day bed (1 twin bed) in the master that would be perfect for families or friends who are traveling together and need the extra sleeping space, and aren't bothered to share the room (Its HUGE). In addition to this, there is another bedroom with a queen size bed and another full bathā€¦ the kitchen/dining/living room downstairs is cozy, casual, and comfortably decorated. There are also 2 porches to the downstairs of the villa, one with access thru a slider in the living room, and one with sliding door access off the master bedroom.

All rooms are colorfully decorated and are equipped with powerful fans and A/C. . Relax and enjoy the gorgeous views from the living/Master patios and feel the heavenly breeze that flows through the windows!! The kitchen is generously equipped for the vacationer who likes to entertain at home, yet the island also offers some exquisite restaurants for those who desire to dine out!

The upstairs, features 4 bedrooms and 4 baths, sleeps up to 8, and is also available thru VRBO.

We had the lower two bedroom unit. It was fantastic. Very well appointed and super clean. I would highly recommend this unit.

Host and amenities were great, but the bed was horrible. Old and too soft! I got a back ache and was so glad to go home. In addition, they sprayed perfume or scented fabric softener on the hand towels! Yeck. This last part was easily solved, I just used another bath towel instead of a hand towel.Views and balcony were great. Location was only 8 min to Shoal Bay, but otherwise a little out of the way. On the other hand, you save money.

The property was very clean and all the amenities were very comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked with clean and like new pots , pans, cups and dishes. The view was breath taking. With some experience and care, the water was accessible from the cliff and rocky shore for snorkeling. The no-see-ums were bad on the terrace, perhaps this time of year, but fans were available to help. All in all, a lovely stay at Clearview villas.

Beautiful and quiet apartment

We had an incredible time at Clearview! We loved the gorgeous views and the solitude. We also loved being by some cute restaurants and beaches. While it was a bit away from the Valley, we appreciated the peace and quiet and all the incredible finds out on this side of the island. It was perfect for our family! Everything was so clean and we slept great!

Beautiful View, Beautiful People

It was our 3rd visit to the Anguilla and our first stay in Island Harbor. While it was a bit of a drive to our favorite beaches, you can beat the views and people of Island Harbor and Clearview Villas.

Perfection with a view.

Everything was perfect. Very clean, nice kitchen and barbecue outside, top location in Island Harbour, beautiful terrace and garden, spectacular view over the ocean. I will definitely come back.

Beautiful view from the villa

The villa was very comfortable and well-equipped. The three of us were very much at home during out stay. It was close to beaches and restaurants and about 20 minutes to the other end of the island. We had some communication issues with the host. Our AC was not working in the primary bedroom and it took 2 days to get repaired. The unit was causing the same problem the morning we left. Would recommend to future guests.

Even more beautiful in person!

The villa is gorgeous. The blue hues of the ocean from the multiple decks are as beautiful as you can find on the planet. Nearby Shoal Bay East (9 minute drive) is one of the best beaches on Earth, but you can drive to 5 other beaches within 20-25 minutes that can also be described that way. Geenelle made trustworthy and delicious recommendations throughout our stay and even set us up with several personalized activities/charters/reservations. We already know weā€™ll return to this paradise soon.

Summer Vacation

Reuben and Geenelle were amazing. They made check in very easy. The accommodations are more spectacular than described. There was plenty of room for everyone and the views were breathtaking. Easy access to plenty of beaches. Visiting Le Bon Pain (located nearby) will be our new yearly tradition. Look forward to returning!

Nice and quiet

Clearview Villa fit the bill for us perfectly. It was far enough from the ā€œwildā€ side of Anguilla, but close enough that nothing was a long drive away. We had access to all the beaches that we wanted to visit and there were plenty of tasty places to eat, that again, werenā€™t too far away. The villa came furnished with everything we needed to make our stay an enjoyable one.

Lower ClearView

Clearview is a beautiful place to stay. The views are stunning. Morning coffee on the deck and a Croissant from La Bon Pain is a must!! The villa was just as pictured. The island is pretty easy to get around on and Clearview Villa isnā€™t very far from some amazing beaches. If your looking for an opportunity to visit the sites but yet have a relaxing morning or evening after a day out this is the place. I wouldnā€™t hesitate to rent here again. Thank you Rueben for sharing your beautiful home in Anguilla.

Great stay once again!

We stayed here with our adult daughter 7 years ago and enjoyed it so much we returned with our son and daughter-in-law. The property has been beautifully refurbished, is well-managed and we appreciate the small town of Island Harbour. Convenient to local beach bars/restaurants and Shoal Bay's lovely beach. We love the mellow atmosphere and spectacular views from the villa's decks.

Peaceful, relaxing, updated villa

This is a great place to stay on Anguilla. It is the bottom floor of a two-floor villa. We were worried about being on the bottom floor but it was great! Perfect amount of space for our family (a couple with two sons ages 17 and 20, who shared a queen bed but one could have used the day bed in the master). It is away from crowds. Located in a relaxing and quiet side of the island but an easy drive to the great beach at Shoal Bay (which is also not crowded.) The view is gorgeous. Hearing the waves is great for sleeping. It was equipped with everything we needed in the kitchen (and a grill outside). Fans, sliding screen doors, and AC were perfect for staying cool. All interactions with the owner/management were positive and super helpful. Wifi throughout the unit and the internet generally worked well. Direct ocean access was a bit dicey at this time of year with a rough sea and rocks. At other times of the year we are told that is more accessible.

Clearview is a really nice and big appartement

Wonderful Visit!

My husband, friends and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this beautiful villa. Before we left for our trip, Reuben and Geenelle were extremely attentive to our questions and needs. And when we arrived, Reuben and his team went above and beyond to help make our stay more enjoyable. It was truly 5-star treatment. The villa was very clean, comfortable and well stocked. The area was quiet and the views were spectacular! We enjoyed the location of being on the east end of the island which was a little more quiet and remote. We liked to walk to local restaurants and bars on that end of the island. We hope to come back and visit the beautiful island of Anguilla and will be staying at the Clearview villas when we do.

Greenelle met us when we arrived and walked us through. Great location & View. The villa is well kept and stocked with soft towels and lots of kitchenware. Area is quiet and close to walk able distance restaurants. A/C is crisp for hot days. Lots of windows for the ocean breeze days. We felt perfectly safe the entire time. We would stay again!

Perfect island retreat

My boyfriend and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. There was a minor issue with housekeeping and the gas stove (gas ran out), however, Reuben and his team were very prompt to respond and quick to resolve our issues. The management company is an excellent example of how short term rentals should be managed. We manage several properties on a lake in the states, therefore we have a high standard. Reubens team surpassed our expectations. The property was very clean, comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed for making breakfast and quick meals. We appreciated the use of a cooler, chairs and snorkeling equipment. The location on the east end of the island was a little more quiet and remote... which we liked. We found fantastic bars, restaurants and secluded beaches on this end of the island. You definitely need a Jeep for many of those secluded beaches!! We are looking forward to returning again and would definitely stay at this fantastic rental!!
