Not fancy but mostly functional "home" in PCB
This is a modular home that has seen better years. I thought we were in the wrong place when we arrived. It looked condemed (notice there are no pictures of the outside of the building on VRBO). On the inside the main living area and couches were nice and the TV's worked great. The beds fit our family of seven. The washer/dryer combo worked well. The air conditioning worked and the building didn't leak in a heavy rain. The grounds were clean and well maintained. The owner communicated well and responded to questions. However, it smelled very musty, only one shower had hot water, their were ants in one closet due to food not cleaned up and cockroaches in the additonal bedroom, There were exposed wires in places, stains on the ceiling and the floor in the hallway was punky..the laminate even seperated which we avoided for fear of falling through. There is only seating for 4 at the kitchen table which was inconvenient for our larger family but we made it work. If you are not looking for anything fancy, need lots of beds for a more reasonable price and are not intimidated by the above shortcomings, this "home" will work for you.
