Excellent place for kids to play in pool etc. Unlike the big condos there are no elevators, no coded gates to go through. Very private and accessible to a really nice public beach. They could use some extra blankets or throws for when you are sitting inside on the couch etc.

The condo was just as described. Check in went smoothly. Very clean 3 floor condo with every thing we needed. Thank you for such a pleasant stay, you were only a text or phone call away. The kids loved the pool. I would give this condo an A.

My family and I have stayed here for 2 years in a row and are planning on staying again next year. If I could, I would give the staff a 10. They are always so nice and helpful. We had a couple of issues during our stay, but they sent someone out right away and got it fixed immediately. Love it!!!!

I have an unforgiving heart when it comes to cleanliness, I cannot substitute cleanliness for anything when I turn back. The covers to the master bedroom bed and stains were on the sheets. It destroyed the rest of my vacation. I took pictures sent them to book your condo. They came and changed the sheets but the damage and disappointment had already been done!!!!!!!!

Although our team replaced the linens after you contacted us, we understand that this should have been addressed before your arrival. The location was amazing and walking distance to the beach even for our 3 year old. The pool was a hit for our kiddos & clean. The pool felt more private than anything with only having other houses using it maybe 2 times our entire 8 days while we were in it. It’s walking distance to food, drinks, and tourist shops. Would come back for sure! Also, for this wondering (I brought xtra just in case)- the house comes with a grill and all basic grilling tools, tons of plates, coffee cups, silverware, and pots. They have a lot of coffee pots & machines.

A great place to stay.

Everything was clean and very well furnished. We didn't use the pool or hot tub but we hadn't planned to. The neighborhood was quiet when we were there. We would definitely stay there again, but probably in warmer months.

Nice property, a few items were damaged upon arrival and the "free tickets" were not actually free and were a pain to actually get. Two queen beds were actually double. Like the location and cleanliness.

We stayed at Beaches and Dreams for a moms kids family trip. The unit was very clean upon arrival. The three levels offered plenty of space and separation for our multiple families and gave the kids plenty of space to hang out. We even had more than enough space to blow up two air mattresses to offer more than enough sleeping arrangements. Pros: the pool right off the back yard, only shared with a few housesThe VERY short walk to the beach allowed us to keep the sand out of the car and we did not have to worry about parking. Very convenient for not being “beach front”Very clean. Hot water never ran out. Bed were all comfortable. Our hosts checked on us upon arrival to make sure all was well. Cons: a little dated, but nothing that affected the quality of our stay. The dishwasher did not work the first day so we hand washed for 4 families. BUT our hosts were very responsive and maintenance was there very quickly and resolved the problem!The air conditioning worked very well but we had some issues with it holding and not kicking on and it becoming hot. We just monitored it and made sure it was on Cool. The second floor toilet ran most of the trip and appears to need a new seal. The neighbors trash was overflowing and VERY stinky for the entire stay. It did not affect the quality of the back yard but loading and unloading our cars was a very stinky process (no fault of the condo at all!)Overall, a VERY pleasant stay, very spacious and great proximity to the beach!!

Short getaway

Great house, everything you need, perfect location to beach, clean. Shared pool was the only downside as 2 of the other renters knew each other and had large groups that took over the pool and back area. Just the luck of the draw with that but if not for that poor timing it would have been a really great pool/back yard, etc. We wanted for nothing.

Workable

The property was clean and neat. Three floors, so be prepared to climb stairs. No armbands in envelope left for us on table. There is a “Dog” next door and it barks all the time. Really dark where cars are park. Entry on the side of condo and pathway to door is small, which is not a good feeling when going into house.
