This is an amazing opportunity to live in a very safe, family friendly and distinguished center of Boston in a luxury furnished condo.
Walker’s dream, commuter’s dream, 2 blocks from South Station Train Station. Steps to Seaport District, Boston Water Front, North End, China Town, TD Garden, the Freedom Trail, and all of Boston. This is a very convenient location, located minutes to the highway to access greater boston suburbs and other towns.

The space
- 2 bedroom loft style downtown condo located on the 3rd floor, with elevator and stair access to the 3rd floor.
ENTRY WAY
-A warm welcome inside of the apartment as your are greeted by large bright windows and open concept kitchen/living room area.
LIVING ROOM
-Features open concept living room/kitchen. Living room offers plenty of seating, comfortable couch and ottoman, plenty of comfortable chairs, side tables and a 50 inch television and large bright windows offering plenty of natural sun light.
KITCHEN
-Features high top dinner table with 4 seats, as well as bar seating at the granite kitchen counter.
-Stainless steel appliances, wine refrigerator, large family style refrigerator and counter top stove.
BEDROOM 1
-Features king bed, with side table and over head lights and fan.
-Large closet and dresser for storage
-Desk with chair
BEDROOM 2
-Features queen bed, with side table and over head fan.
-Closet and dresser for storage
-Deck with chair
BATHROOM
-Features bathtub/shower combination
-All bathroom essentials including mirror, cabinet and drawers for storage
Guest access
Please note the owner has discounted the monthly rate due to the fact that he would like access to the apartment 0-4 nights/month or a 3 times/6 months which would be coordinated directly with the tenant, and only with advanced notice and tenants approval. The owner will never arrive at the apartment unannounced. It is possible the owner will never need access but wants to reserve the right, just in case. “Blackout periods” of not sharing space with owner can be agreed upon as well. The owner would like to use the guest bedroom during these possible short visits. He currently lives in Newport and occasionally needs to come to Boston
