Hidden Gem right in the city of Boston!

Your upcoming vacation is here! Come and enjoy this lovely, warm, recently renovated apartment with 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. It is clean and spacious.There are two queen mattresses and one full-size bed available. A large smart TV with access to free Wifi and streaming channels. There is free parking on the premises, and there is also free street parking. We treat each and every visitor like family. We are here to help you with everything you require to make your stay wonderful!

Please get in touch with me if you're a traveling professional or nurse looking to stay here more than one month, will accommodate you accordingly.

The space:
The apartment is close ( walking distance) to many local restaurants, playgrounds, transportation, and ice cream parlors. It is a great central location for anyone looking for peace and quiet and some city-living fun.


There are plenty of nearby eateries, bakeries, museums, paint bars, golf courses, theatres, and things to do while you're here! The home is close to locations like Rock Spot Climbing, Blue Hills Ski Area, Fenway Park, or Gillette Stadium.

Host very welcoming and communicative. The apartment was beautiful with wood floors and well appointed. Great location to Boston attractions and a great kitchen if you enjoy cooking - we did. I recommend this apartment to anyone visiting Boston. A accommodation.

Quick Trip to Boston

We really enjoyed our stay here, the place was exactly as advertised! They really make this feel like a home and they did add more seating in the living room! The only down fall was the train! But overall would stay again!

Great Place

We were in town for a conference for work and didn't want to stay in a hotel. The place was very clean and smelled amazing. Perfect space 3 friends to stay. Host was great she answered when reaching out before the stay and the arrival was seamless.

Wonderful location

Had a 2 night stay in Boston, this location was perfect. Lots of good restaurants close and a grocery store was a few blocks either way. We were able to take the bus/train to downtown and the train back (stop is less than 10 minutes walk).The property was great for our family, we were able to cook breakfast one of the mornings. There was some confusion on the initial check-in but the host was there to save the day!

Great stay in a charming home

We had a wonderful stay. The apartment was exactly as advertised. It’s very clean and in a cute borough with some great restaurants and shops and any other convenience you might need. The apartment has a large kitchen that’s great for cooking your own meals if you wish to do so. Check in was completely seamless even though we were arriving late at night.

The owner checked in on us several times and the apartment was very well-maintained. It is large with living room, dining room and eat-in kitchen.

Very nice place not far from Boston

We enjoyed our stay there and we didn’t mind the street and train noise as it’s not unlike other cities. The hosts really had the house neatly set up and very clean throughout, and we appreciated the updated living room with additional seating. Very pleasantly surprised to see some of the small amenities waiting for us, as the small things go a long way to make us feel welcome!Overall we had a very nice stay and would recommend it highly.!

Quick Boston trip

My sister and I had a wonderful stay at this property. They property manager was very attentive and responsive. The property was very clean and was equipped with our favorite snacks and drinks which we throughly enjoyed. For us the location is exactly what we needed to quickly and easily get to our planned events in Boston. Thanks for letting us stay with you!

The apartment was very clean and comfortable. Be aware that traffic is horrible and it can take a very long time to travel even a few miles. Plan accordingly!

Just what you need

Everything you need in a rental when visiting a city! Location, comfortable beds, and cleanliness!!! I would recommend it 5+stars! Beautiful, clean, just what is needed! I would only suggest a few more bathing towels. Thank you!

This beautiful home was perfect for our 3-day stay with six adults. The restored wood floors are stunning and run throughout the home. It was extremely clean and welcoming, and the gas station next door made fueling up our rental car super easy! There is a bus stop right in front, but we chose to drive rather than take the bus. The house is in a safe neighborhood about half an hour from the touristy part of Boston. We really only slept and showered there since we were out enjoying wonderful Boston the whole time - if this is your first trip to Boston, you're gonna love it!! Be sure to do the Freedom Trail! It will take you to most of the sights in the city. We also drove out to Cape Cod, and this house's southern location saved us a half hour on our drive home so we didn't have to go through the city center of Boston. I would absolutely stay here again!

Very clean place. We had some problems with the wifi but was not a big deal. If you're looking for a quiet, secluded spot this isn't it, we knew that going in though. For the price it was great, could use a little more living room furniture though. Thanks.

This was such a nice home. The most important thing for me was the owner's quick response anytime I texted. The house was clean and up to date. She had everything we needed from coffee to bath towels for each of us. For most people, having ice was a small thing to have, but every other Vrbo I stayed at had no ice. I use a lot of ice. I was worried about being parked next to a gas station. I had " the Club" on my steering wheel and noone bothered it. The area didn't look like an upper level income area, but every single person we talked to was so nice, the whole area was clean. We never felt unsafe even walking to the nearby rail. A bus stop is literally infront of the home. My whole family loved it there. I highly recommend this home if traveling to Boston. The owner really has thought of everything to make you feel at home.

Overall a great price in a good place!!! We were on the go a lot so we didn’t need much. The seating in the living room could be more but not a big deal unless you’re planning on being there a lot. Bedroom windows could use some darker curtains to help with the morning sun. Again not an huge deal just an observation. Overall we had a great weekend and can’t complain.

Gracious Hospitality!

I was impressed with the care that was taken to update this apartment in an older building. The floors and wood door and window frames were beautiful. The apartment is very large, rooms are very spacious. A little more seating in the living room would be helpful (there is only seating for 3). The owners supplied everything we needed. They even had a variety of drinks in the refrigerator and a large basket of a variety of snacks on the counter! Communication was great!!! The only thing that was a drawback for me was the city noise (street and trains), but I live in the country with very little noise.

Great Super Host

Gladys and her daughter were more than accommodating and responded to and addressed our every need. The apartment was clean and comfortable….the floors gleamed and the couch y chair in the LV were soooo cozy. Our only complaints were the noise level both day and night, as well as the lack of central air. Many of the rooms were cooled by portable units which were very loud so it was difficult to watch television. The other aspect which made staying there difficult was the steep stairs. If Gladys and Dana hadn’t been there to help us navigate the stairs, we could never have managed our suitcases alone. Apart from these things, we had an enjoyable time.

We understand that there is noise however this is out of our control since we are in a city. This has been included in the description as well as having portable cooling units instead of central air. Great Hostess, but loudness house we’ve stayed at..

Great great hostess! Loved the detail pictures for easy check in. House was big, would have loved a little more setting in living room (only had 3 seats.) Welcome basket in kitchen with drinks in fridge was a very thoughtful touch. The only draw back (which is out of everyone’s hands) is the city noise outside. Between the train out back, the bus stop right out front, and the busy road out side, the noise was why louder than what we expected. This house was honestly the loudest house we have ever stayed in!! (There is no sugar coating the noise level.) The hostess really did earn a 5 star review, however I just wanted to be completely honest on the noise level for those who might be sensitive to it.

It is a very nice space with a great location and good proximity to the local restraunts. We had some issues with the WiFi and I had a 16 Y/O granddaughter with me. I tried for 5 hours to contanct the host about this. Finally resolved on Hour 5. The host allowed an early enrty wich was very nice and had a Kiereg coffee maker with coffee. A on that one. The front door lock needs adjustment as it is very hard to get the door locked and unlocked. The room A/C's were plugged into extention cords that got very warm. A relocation of the portable A/C's is reccomended. Parking is plentiful. A cat smell permiated the entry way and it was very obious a cat has been in there. I can't reccomend this for anyone with a cat allery as one of my family had to leave early due to the reaction it caused.
