The space
Penthouse 205 is apart of Kite Residences, a new luxury apartment building located at the front of Aldea Zama. Here you will have your own private rooftop with a pool, dining and grill area. 5 very large bedrooms, 2 king size beds, each room loaded with a Samsung smart tv. Fast and reliable Wi-Fi along with a chefs kitchen fully loaded with toaster oven, air fryer, electric stovetop, oven, dishwasher (uncommon in Mexico) subzero fridge, washer and dryer, and all the utensils and dish ware you need to cook.

We are a one minute walk, within Luuma Zama, from a high end new spa. This spa is free for our guest, you will have access to a steam room, dry sauna, several pools, hot tubs, cold plunges, massages, ice baths, and more!

Tuuch, a high end restaurant is attached to the spa, either enjoy food while relaxing pool side, or they can bring the food to your room, just like room service at a hotel!
