Construction Update – Long Beach Resort (As of April 2, 2026)
We are excited to share that construction at Long Beach Resort is winding down and the property is quickly returning to normal operations!
The lagoon pool is now open and available for guest enjoyment
The pool between Towers 1 & 2 is also open
Towers 1 and 2 are fully complete
Tower 3 is substantially complete
Tower 4 is in its final stages and wrapping up
While there may still be some minor work and loose ends being completed, the vast majority of the project is finished.

At this time, beach access is available through Towers 1 and 2 only, but additional access points are expected to reopen soon as work concludes.

We truly appreciate your patience throughout this improvement project. With construction nearing completion, Long Beach Resort is almost fully back to normal—and ready to provide the exceptional beach experience our guests know and love.

Enjoy this spacious, 1400 square feet condo with its beautiful tropical decor and floor to ceiling ocean views from every room, or step out onto your huge private balcony to watch the dolphins play along 1300 feet of sugar white beach. This condominium has a king-size bed in the master, and two queen-size beds in the guest bedroom. All linens are high count Egyptian cotton, which feel wonderful after a day in the Florida sun! Both bedrooms have TV's as well as the living room and each bathroom has double vanities with marble countertops, large marble garden tubs, both tubs have showers. The kitchen is fully equipped for a quick lunch or a full course meal. Long Beach Resort is conveniently located near all the great restaurants, amusement parks and shopping. Super Walmart is across the street! There is a huge, 6500 square feet lagoon pool with islands and waterfalls, 3 whirlpool spas, two seasonally heated polynesian pools, a seasonal poolside bar and grill, two lighted tennis courts, on-site jet ski/umbrella chair rental, and 24 hour security and gated access.
