Room and experience were great, the only negative was the property was going under construction during our stay- they did let us know ahead of time, but did affect a bit how we navigated and could be noisy at times.

We had an amazing experience at this property! The condo was spotless, beautifully decorated, and exactly as described in the listing. The location was perfect — close to good food, fun attractions and beach front but still quiet and relaxing. The host was incredibly responsive and friendly, making check-in and communication smooth and easy.We especially loved the cozy patio for morning coffee while enjoying the stunning view of the Emerald Coast.We would absolutely stay here again and recommend this property to anyone looking for a comfortable, relaxing getaway.

Condo showed wear in the kitchen especially but was clean Property manager was Great communicated with me very wellAir unit needs attention kept freezing up they tried moving us but the options were poor one condo smelled moldy with a filthy couch the other the fridge was not working so we opted to go back and deal with the poor working air. The property manager did get a tech out to look at the unit but it was froze so he couldn’t do anything Patio had gorgeous views, the pool are was very nice and the bar and grill onsite had excellent food and drinks

The stay was amazing‼ The condo was a little dated but extremely clean. I would rather have a place dated and very clean than a new place really dirty. This was the cleanest condo I have ever stayed in. The housekeeper here is definitely a keeper! We will definitely stay here again. I also enjoyed the free chairs on the beach, that was a huge bonus! Thank you‼

Great communication and the property was as described but bare bones. Plan ahead if you will be washing dishes by have and prefer soft soap for washing hands in the bathroom and kitchen. You will also find limited towels so plan to wash regularly if you are staying for a week. The unit offers a beautiful view and comfortable bed. Couch could definitely use some padding.

Nice Getaway for Two!

We enjoyed this condo. It was clean, cozy, and decorated tastefully with beautiful views from the balcony and plenty of space. Nice location on PCB too. The arm bands and beach chairs were appreciated. We intend to be repeat customers. Although we have no complaints, we recommend the owners purchase a Keurig and additional pillows and blankets for the unit.

Short stay at Long Beach

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great location. The condo itself was clean and tidy, but we did have a few issues during our stay. There was not a spatula for cooking, our washer was out of service during our entire stay and the bedroom TV did not operate properly. We were told we could go to a laundry mat and we would be refunded our money which was out of the question for us as we were only in PCB for a few days. We were then told they had an open unit 2 towers over we could use to do our laundry, which was still a long walk to haul laundry back and forth. Hopefully a new washer is being installed soon for future guests.

Amazing Vacation

We enjoyed our 5 night stay. The condo was very clean and the view is amazing. The booking and checking in process was very smooth and easy. The condo is furnished with just about everything you would need for a week away from home. The location is close to all the places we enjoy going to while in while we are in Panama City Beach. We would definitely stay here on our next trip.

We truly enjoyed staying at this property! Everything was clean, pools were awesome, the Hangout was delicious, beach view was incredible, very convenient check-in, and security was visible often which is a good thing at a large complex. Will be back!! Thank you!

Worth Every Penny

Location is amazing walking distance to Walmart, several restaurants, shops, and even Coyote Ugly if you’re wanting to go there! Staff was very helpful in making sure we had everything set up before arriving (we had a 12 hour drive from Northern Kentucky) The room was clean and comfortable with an incredible view of the ocean as well as all the items you need to make your stay comfortable including dishes to eat leftovers with and a washer and dryer set to clean your beach towels! We will definitely be booking our next Panama City beach vacation with this condo service again!

The property is nice room just out dated. Pigeon got nest on balcony could not use afraid of getting bird lice 😞.

Enjoyed our accommodations!

I was impressed with the cleanliness and the overall look of the Condo. The accommodations did not disappoint. We would definately stay again. The view was awesome. The only small issue was the tattered outdoor furniture and occasional pigeons on the deck. Those we only minor issues though.

Short Getaway

We had a great time, Beautiful pools, Short walk distance to the beach from condo close to restaurants and Walmart and loved the hangout food and bar at the pool with the waterfall. We had a wonderful time on our vacation

Great View but that's it

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo location is wonderful! The view from the balcony was great. The condo itself is very outdated and not very well maintained. There is no weather stripping around the entry door and the threshold cover to enter the condo is not attached. You can feel hot air blowing in and it whistles if windy outside. The bathtub is huge but has black all around the caulking. Was it mold? I don't believe so, but it looks horrible and the grout should be replaced. On the balcony "ceiling" there was something black that looked like it was sprayed on(also resembles mold) and the seal around the patio door was also black. Again, I am not sure if it was mold, but it should be taken care of. The furniture is functional, that is all I can say. The drop down light over the dining area is very low. I am 5'2" and it was at my eyes. It is off center so you will walk into it if not careful. The rug in the living room is filthy. The corners are flipped up. You will trip-we moved a chair over it so we would not. The dishwasher worked, but pulls and is off kilter so you have to push it sideways to close. I know this sounds horrible and it was not nice but it really needs taken care of. We had a nice week but I would not stay at this particular condo again.
