Clean inside, pool and hot tub and conveniently located. Smelled nice and air conditioner worked great. We enjoyed the kitchen and laundry room as well.

Perfect little oasis in a neighborhood that has lovely deer walking through it, and lots of old live oak. Spacious place with plenty of room for a family or a romantic getaway, or just a quiet place to recharge.

Beautiful kitchen, spacious layout, intentional touches such as laundry soap and hair products. The host was communicative. I would stay here again.

My family and I enjoyed our time there. The Host answered all questions that I had. The kitchen was fully stocked with dishes. The pool was nice and relaxing.

The house was clean and very spacious. Pool was clean and Hot Tub on point. Location was excellent with quick and easy access to highways. HEB, retail stores, and restaurants were all with a couple of miles. Deer sightings did not disappoint! We saw deer families all 3 days we were there. We definitely would stay again and recommend to family and friends.

Great stay in San Antonio

Overall, the stay was good. The highlight was waking up each morning to a family of deer right outside. The house is very spacious, giving everyone plenty of room to unwind and enjoy quiet reading time. The location is also great, with quick access to eateries, markets, and other conveniences. All of the listed amenities were technically available.A few things didn’t meet expectations. Some areas need updating and better upkeep. The tub is peeling and feels unstable when standing in it. A couple of toilet seats were broken, the TVs in the bedrooms are very small (and the living room TV doesn’t match the listing photo), and some game room amenities were broken. The pool was dirty on arrival and only usable after the technician cleaned it. Several items felt worn, not fully maintained, or not completely clean. The home is also not very handicap friendly, and the first deck step is a bit high for elderly guests. The trash was full from previous renters when we arrived.Communication was limited. Although the manual mentions a two‑day response time, we only received messages at check‑in and after check‑out, and my requests during the stay went unanswered. I also believe the home may be for sale, which could explain some of the lack of upkeep.I gave the rating I did because, especially for extended stays, the little things make a big difference. This was my experience and my honest opinion.

Will do it again.

Like any house there is normal wear and tear, but it was cozy, fun, and conveniently located. The kids had a blast. The owner is very quick to respond when needed. Bonus, HEB is 3 minutes away!

Clean and spacious

The property was very clean and very spacious. There was plenty of room for our family of 6 and our dog. It was well stocked and we enjoyed our time there.

Perfect family House

We came to town for the stock show. The house was in a well established, quiet, and SAFE neighborhood. It took us 15 minutes to get to the barn parking lot with no traffic. The house was perfect, clean, kitchen for cooking some meals to take with us. The master bed frame/ mattress need replacing, but other than that our stay was great. We will book here again!

This home was awesome! this house is spacious plenty of room. The game room was awesome! the best part for us was the pool! With this texas heat we used the pool everyday my 2yr old nephew loved it! The neighborhood is nice and quite. You will see lots of deer that was a nice treat for us. We will 100% stay here again!

Just What We Needed

House and neighborhood were great! Kids spent a ton of time in the pool and the gameroom. Only issues we had were the floor was a bit dirty and missing a tv remote, but within the hour the host had us fixed up. Kids also got a kick out of the MANY deer that roam freely in the neighborhood. We went on a couple walks up and down the street and loved it! Will definitely consider this property again for our next San Antonio visit.

Family trip

This was a family reunion trip with 7 adults and 1 child. Very spacious and perfect for our family trip. Beautiful and relaxing for us all. Our 92 year old father enjoyed the deer and would sit and watch them at the window. The home was stocked with all our needs except one tv remote missing for bedroom where parents were. It all worked out. Thank you to the host.

Nice Home; Beautiful Neighborhood

We had six adults and three children, ages one to four. There was plenty of room for all of us. The pool was sparkling clean and the kids loved it. They also loved watching the deer in the morning and in the evening. The deer come right up into the yard. There is a Blackstone grill out by the pool that we used to cook breakfast every morning. The home is convenient to downtown and Morgan’s Wonderland. There is an H-E-B about a mile away with very easy access. We stayed here last summer and will stay again when we come to San Antonio. Kendall was very responsive to messages. The coffee pot did not work the first morning but by early afternoon, she had replaced it with a brand new one. The house was clean and the kitchen was well stocked with dishes. We will definitely return. Thank you, Kendall for your hospitality.
