Newly Renovated Charming Cottage, Occupancy 4

Our charming cottage on elmhurst drive has been completed renovated. It has new siding, windows, window treatments, kitchen, bathrooms and flooring. We have put lots of detailed touches to make this cottage a place that our guests want to come back to time after time. Our home is located on the backside of Mount Mercy college in the heart of a neighborhood that has lots of cute character. You will see that the home is furnished with comfy beds and bedding, new kitchen supplies and wonderfully plush towels for showering. In support of our sustainability efforts, our linen policy includes one towel per registered guest. This helps us reduce water, energy and detergent use.There is a ring camera on the front door. For the safety, security, and comfort of all guests and our neighbors, all overnight guests must be included on the reservation.

* Maximum occupancy is 4 guests.
* The reservation must accurately reflect the total number of adults and children staying at the property.
* All overnight guests must be registered prior to check-in.
* Additional overnight guests may not be added without prior approval.
* The number of guests staying at the property may not exceed the property’s maximum permitted occupancy.
* The reservation holder is responsible for ensuring that everyone in their group follows these requirements.

Failure to comply with the occupancy requirements may result in additional charges or cancellation of the reservation. There is a ring camera installed on the property.
