This cozy cottage is an incredible getaway! Come relax, bike or walk to the bars and restaurants or simply enjoy time with family & friends; Or stay over on a work trip for an amazing experience to know what Cedar Rapids has to offer.

The beautifully built open kitchen and living area makes for an awesome gathering place. Simply step outside to endless activities, concerts, restaurants etc. Enjoy a peaceful environment with easy access to restaurants and downtown in the NewBo District.

***NOTE: This house is about 60 ft from a train track. There are trains every 3 hours throughout the day and possibly in the night. This is the case for mostly everything around the Cedar Rapids NewBo District. Please do not book with us if you think this would affect your stay in anyway. We don't want a negative review on this after your stay as this is something that's out of our control***

*** There are 2 identical looking cottages and each has it's own listing on VRBO. So don't get confused. You will be getting the entire cottage for yourself! ***

- Detached 1 stall garage for one car parking. Additional Cars can be parking on the parking lot next to the cottages.

No-smoking Policy:
This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.

Pets Policy:
WELL BEHAVED pets are welcome with a separate nonrefundable pet fee of $150 per 2 pets per stay.

Occupancy Limits:
Our house rates are based on 2 guests and we can accommodate up to 8 for additional fees. Please be honest and accurate about how many guests are staying when you book. The 3rd through 8th guests are $10 extra per guest per night. At no time the total occupancy should exceed 8 people.

No events, parties, or large gatherings:
Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees. Booking a stay with 8 people but inviting additional guests to host a family reunion, baby shower, graduation party, bachelor/bachelorette party, wedding shower, etc. is considered an event and will charged extra.

Refund Policy:
- There are NO REFUNDS allowed for Weather, Natural Disasters, Power Outages, and other circumstances that are beyond our control.
