Waterfront property overlooking the Tongass Narrows. From our panoramic deck & unobstructed picture windows, you'll never get tired of the view! Watch boats, ferries, cruise ships, whales, harbor seals, eagles, float planes & more!
Our spacious apartment has a master bedroom with a walk-in tile/stone shower. Each bedroom has a queen bed. Full kitchen with cooking essentials, a large living room, an additional family room & laundry make this space ideal for family or group trips.
*20 interior stairs to access apartment*
This rental is one of two in the building, but NO shared walls. Private entrance into your unit, shared entrance into building.
*7-passenger van available for guests to rent*

Amber and Mike are wonderful host! Very responsive to messages. The home is clean and in an amazing location. Humpback whales traveled past the house as well. It was an amazing stay; we did not want to leave. Advice: Avocados are 2.50 so if you eat as many as we do I suggest you buy some (not ripe) to bring with you. If you need ice go to Fish From Trish (she has great seafood for sale). Visit as many of the local lakes as you can. They are all beautiful and worth the hike.

Perfect Ketchikan stay! The unit is huge and looks exactly like the photos, maybe even better. The view is beautiful, watch the cruise ships, boats and float planes go by, and see wild life as well. The unit has all amenities needed for an easy stay in Ketchikan. With the warm weather, we even got to have a few meals on the deck which was a bonus. Full size kitchen was helpful to have a few meals in.Don't be deceived by the outside upon arriving, because once you are inside the condo you will love it. Parking was right out front too. The owner, Amber, is great and very helpful and easy to communicate with. They live right next door so always there to help out if needed. One of us left something behind and Amber took care of sending it to us right away. Highly recommend this unit!

Fantastic place!

What a great apartment - and Amber & Michael were perfect hosts. It was comfortable, well equipped and close to the airport and downtown. And that view - it was incredible to watch eagles and whales from the deck! We will definitely be back!

Awesome hostess and beautiful views

First of all our hostess Amber was outstanding. She went above and beyond and made our stay delightful. She answered multiple questions about the area, shared a few items we didn’t have, and even gave us a ride to the airport. The location was great. Close enough to everything but far enough away from the cruise ships to have a peaceful experience. The views from the back deck were spectacular. We spent several hours relaxing and watching boats and planes pass. Ward lake and Settlers cove were both within an easy 5-10 mile drive. I highly recommend spending time at both. Over all this is an excellent vacation rental. Highly recommended. Thanks Amber for an outstanding experience.

Best VRBO in Ketchikan

Easy check in, check out. We were very comfortable and had the best views!! The renters made sure we were all ok and enjoying our stay, always there if we needed anything. I would highly recommend this home!! We cooked and did our laundry no hassles. It was perfect

Incredible Spot!!!

First off, Amber was an amazing communicator. Totally friendly, helpful and responsive. Second, what an amazing place!! When you drive up, it's a 2-story building, not a house, which throws you off. But once you walk up the stairs and into the apartment... WOW! Everything is new. My family kept exclaiming how open and spacious it was. Very accommodating kitchen, living area and more. And then... THE VIEW! The deck out back was another favorite and really made this place shine above all others! We loved sitting on the deck and watching the bald eagles, cruise ships, many fishing boats and sea planes passing by! We barbequed on the deck and spent so much time sitting there enjoying the peace and quiet... so tranquil. And then the location! So close to everything and easy access. I can't wait to return to Ketchikan and will most definitely book to stay at Amber's place again!

10/10 everything about this stay was perfect. Amber is super friendly fast at replying and very accommodating. The views are worth it all rain, shine or wind. This apartment is very family friendly and as everything you need.

Great Place!!!

Amber and Michael, We loved the stay! Great spot with a great view. Five old friends hanging out after seven days of fishing. So very comfortable and convenient to town and shops. Everything you need in the kitchen. Really enjoyed meeting you guys and the kids.

Stunning views & very comfortable

Very comfortable and convenient to get around the city. Right on the water and on the bus route. Was well stocked with useful items and comfortable for our large party.

Got to be best view in town

This unit is VERY spacious and very clean. Three private queen bedrooms with fairly comfortable beds, huge living areas and an open kitchen with lots of working area and seating for five with sturdy bar stools. A nice desk for working if you must. Beautiful laundry room with toiletries and coffee as well. The BBQ on the deck rocks, nice and hot :) The view is of course beyond compare, even the water pressure was great. The road out front can be busy so backing in is a must for parking. Highly recommend and would rent again in a heartbeat!
