GREEN TRAMLINE 2 MINUTES WALK FROM THIS RENTAL

This charming, redbrick Georgian dwelling is a fine example of modest 19th-century architecture. Boasting both comfort and character, it offers all the mod-cons you need. Our home consists of one bedroom upstairs with one small double bed, one bedroom upstairs with two single beds, one bedroom downstairs with four single beds and one bedroom downstairs with two single beds. A large, fully-equipped kitchen/dining room and two big, bright bathrooms exist.

To keep everyone entertained after a long day of sightseeing, there is one flat-screen TV in the kitchen with Netflix and wireless broadband.

Situated on a quiet, residential street in one of North Dublin's most historic suburbs, this location offers the ideal opportunity to explore everything Dublin offers and then get away from it all at the end of a long day.

Our home is ideally within walking distance of the City Centre and downtown, yet it is nestled quietly in one of North Dublin's most historic residential neighbourhoods.

With attractions such as Temple Bar, Trinity College, The GPO, The Spire, The Writers' Museum, The Jameson Distillery, and O’Connell Street (Dublin’s main thoroughfare) just a stone's throw away from our lovely home, you won't run out of things to see and do.

Great location for getting in/out/around Dublin. We had a large family group and the property, particularly the large kitchen with adjoining patio, and two baths made it a good fit to accomodate our needs. Owner was very helpful. Providing lots of tips about the property, local suggestions for pubs, cafes, etc. One thing to be aware of is the kitchen is the group "hangout" area, as the extensuve slerping arrangements fill up the rest of property, so ther is no living-room, type area, but the kitchen, again, largely fills this need.

Great house. Plenty of beds. Nice modern bathrooms. Kitchen was easy for cooking. Close to 2 bus stops. Would rent again :)

Amazing place for a good time in Dublin

Our stay was great from check-in to check-out, and only have great things to say about this place. Great location, walking distance to city centre (15 min) and such a quite and cosy area with a park nearby. Great host, who were very flexible and responded quickly on requests throughout our stay. Nice big kitchen, dining area and etc. Could keep on going, but all in all a great place for larger groups in Dublin.

Functional condo walkable to river

Nice sized kitchen, cute style, great communication before check in. Not very sound proof you if wake and sleep at different times.

Really Great Place - Cozy - Perfect Place For Our Family

It's a great place - small bedrooms with narrow staircases but really cute. Kitchen was great - we could gather at the large kitchen table at night, play games and discuss our day of sightseeing and make plans for the next day. I loved the neighborhood - a bit of walk from city centre but easy. Place was very clean, beds, sheets, pillows were perfect. Issue with one toilet, Wifi/TV and safe but Simon and Fabi were great at getting someone over to the place quickly - and he offered us a few free taxi rides (Richard was awesome!) as a way of saying sorry. Very kind of him. Would stay there again!

Great House

6 friends stayed at the house during our time in Dublin. The check in process was flawless and the house is absolutely charming with plenty of room for privacy. The kitchen is fabulous and is where we always gathered at the end of the day to share our experiences. At first a couple of our friends were disappointed in the area the WiFi would cover, but we soon discovered not having great coverage in the kitchen was a blessing since it meant we all just gathered around the table an nobody was looking at a phone! Great house and we would all highly recommend it. We stayed in a number of properties while on our trip and the communication with the owner was by far the best!

Good Stay because of Great Customer Service

In general, we enjoyed this place. It was cozy and perfect for my family. We stayed mostly in the dining/kitchen area. The location is closed to everything. We can just walk to places most of the time. Fabi, who welcomed us, Valerie, the cleaner and Simon, the property owner are all very friendly and helpful. Thank you to all of them and we truly appreciate all their efforts in making our stay a comfortable and enjoyable one. Although not everything was perfect (e.g. washer and dryer were not working), we were happy with their great customer service. At the end of the day, this is what set them apart in this business.

A delightful home in Dublin.

We did not know where to stay for this first trip to Dublin. The description of the property helped make the decision for accommodation during our time in the city and it proved to be an excellent choice! Good location for exploring Dublin and sights a bus and train ride away. The property itself is full of character! Spotlessly clean, comfortable beds, wonderful bathrooms with great water pressure and ample hot water. The kitchen proved a favorite gathering place after the days sightseeing. Simon responded immediately to all communications in a pleasant and clear manner.

Lovely property, great customer service

This property was perfect for our eleven person, weekend stay. Simon was incredibly helpful, providing lots of great advise and support before and during our stay. They property is lovely, spacious and well kept. I would definitely recommend.

Lovely home for a large family. We were tourists during the day but locals at night. Loved it!

Our family of six enjoyed our week very much. This rental was just the right amount of space, decorated to have a “home away from home” feel, and is on a quiet residential street. Simon took care of all of our needs and consistently responded to any of our questions.

Charming, Clean and Quiet Retreat in Dublin

This property was wonderful. It was more than ample size for my family of 4, which includes two teenagers. The home was clean and smartly decorated. The beds were super comfortable. Check-in was quick and easy. The location was perfect - close enough to the city to walk but far enough from the hustle and bustle to allow for a quiet rest day or night. Simon's and his team's attention to details and genuine desire to have guests feel at home and at ease is what sets this host apart and earns the highest of marks in my book. Do not hesitate and look no further. I recommend this home for your stay in Dublin!

Adorable Property in walking distance to City

Absolutely loved our stay in this charming home tucked in a neighborhood but within walking distance to the city. Home is well furnished with very responsive house manager. Very comfortable for our party of 6 with an adorable back garden as a bonus. I highly recommend this great place if you want to feel the comforts of home while being close to the excitement of Dublin.

Perfect home to explore Dublin from. Great hosts!

The location is ideal. Quiet neighborhood but just a short walk to the heart of Dublin. The Luas was a two minute walk from the home. Six of us were quite comfortable, kitchen spacious and the kitchen table quickly became the warm space where we shared our reflections on the day. Space was comfortable, clean and Simon could not have been more gracious.

Perfect rental in Dublin for family/group vacation

We (a group of eight women) had a wonderful time in Dublin and the rental made us feel at home instantly. The house has a great size, it is well equipped, clean and beautifully furnished and decorated. The communication with Simon and Vicky (house manager) was very friendly and easy. Everything was perfect!!!

Great area, property and owners!

We stayed here with a total of five adults. The bedrooms worked out great! The kitchen was amazing and we were able to cook family breakfasts. The owner was lovely and accommodated is with everything and more! Very helpful throughout rhe process and made it very fun and easy! I would highly Recommend staying here. We were able to walk to loads of places, park our car outside and get to the main center so easily.

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

Beautiful home to rent with a welcoming, cozy feel. The process of arranging this rental and all subsequent details were handled in a very personal as well as efficient manner. Simon paid attention to detail and followed up as required. Upon arrival someone was there to welcome us to the home and there were some groceries to get us started. Unfortunately there was a problem with the water pump but this was dealt with very quickly and when it became apparent that it couldn't be repaired we were quickly relocated to a larger property. We were able to walk everywhere from this home. It was a great base for our family of 7. Bathrooms and kitchen were very well equipped. Highly recommend.

Comfortable, welcoming property for a family in Dublin

We were warmly greeted and found the property in excellent condition. The family had room to stretch out, prepare meals, sleep, and prepare for each day of our visit. A short walk from the central shopping district and close to groceries, it is well located. Parking was easy as well with our rental car within 30 feet of the property each night. The owners left very complete instructions making laundry and such simple. Highly recommend and will look for the same property on our future visits to Dublin.

Comfortable stay for family of five!

We enjoyed five nights in Dublin at this lovely townhouse. The apartment was in great condition, and there was plenty of room for three adults and two children (ages 3 and 5). The neighborhood worked nicely for a family with young kids. Located on a quiet residential street, there is a nice playground around the block, and many good restaurants delivered dinners to the apartment. It is about a 20 minute walk south to the city center. We generally took the bus (several buses stop less than five minutes away) because an ill-timed sprained ankle left me on crutches. Simon and Fabi were extremely responsive, helpful, and delightful to work with. Highly recommended!

Love love love

We love visiting and having a home base for our many adventures. The home is spectacular and so inviting. This is our 2nd time staying here and if I get another opportunity it would be wonderful again. The owner is such a warm and welcoming and accommodating individual. I highly recommend!

The apartment was very well kept and was very comfortable!!!

Simon definitely gave us nice touches by having scones and guiness bread delivered. He also gave us great recommendations. Loved that he had taxi drivers for us too when we left. It was a great experience!!!!

Wonderful house, close to the city

We had the most fabulous stay here in April. It was our first time booking on VRBO and was a bit nervous at the beginning but Simon put my mind at ease and the entire process was so easy. We were staying with another family here and the house was perfect! It's decorated so beautifully and has a nice cosy feel to it. The kitchen was huge and newly renovated so we found we hung out here a lot. There is a cute little patio off the kitchen and the front room was great for the kids to escape and watch Netflix and just hang out. The bathrooms were fabulous too...both newly renovated. There were snacks and bottles of water in each bedroom and the next morning we had a delivery of fresh scones and Irish soda bread...such a nice touch. The bedrooms were fabulous too. It's only about a 10 minute walk to downtown and Henry street where all the shops are including Penny's where we always ended up at. There is a Tesco close by too where we got all of our groceries. Our flight wasn't until the evening and there was another family coming to rent the house so Simon was able to arrange having our luggage stored for the day which was really great and it was on the way to the airport so it was very easy for us to stop and pick up along the way. Simon and the house managers were so fabulous to deal with. Whenever we had a question we always got a response right away. Our stay in Dublin was fantastic and the house had everything we needed and was super clean and perfect for us. We can't wait to come back and rent this property again : ) Thank you so much to Simon and your house managers for making our stay so wonderful. Hope to see you soon!
