Located in the center of Seattle, Wallingford is an area where you can find a lot of amazing spots like restaurants, grocery stores, etc. This house is newly remodeled this year and can host up to 16 guests - The main house features 5 bedrooms with 6 queen beds, 2 full bathrooms, 1 fully stocked kitchen, and 1 well equipped kitchenette. We also have an 1B1B ADU in the back which can sleep another 4 guests. This kind of space, central location, and well-decorated touch, is definitely a rare find!

This house is newly remodeled this year and can host up to 16 guests - The main house can host 12 guests - featuring 5 bedrooms with 6 queen beds, 2 full bathrooms, 1 fully stocked kitchen, and 1 well equipped kitchenette with everything you need for preparing fresh meals.

We also have an 1b1b ADU in the back which can sleep another 4 guests. Brand new appliances, smart TVs and home devices are also equipped in this house for better stay experience.

You will have access to the entire house.

You will get to experience the convenience of living in the heart of Wallingford, where you can easily walk to the grocery stores, coffee shops, cafes, and some of the best dinning places Seattle has to offer. 10 mins drive to downtown Seattle, easy access to I-5 and Hwy 520 to visit Bellevue, Redmond, and other beautiful Pacific NW cities!

The house is located in Wallingford, which is the heart of Seattle. It`s incredibly close to restaurants, malls, transportations, and major attractions.

PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING:

1.【NO PARTY OR EVENT】
We have security system and outside surveillance cameras that will be triggered by noise and motion. We will call Airbnb to force evacuating the party groups based on Airbnb`s policy. $300 fines will be charged for violating the rule.

2.【QUIET HOURS 10PM-8AM】
We try really hard to be clear about our expectations of our guests as well as what you can expect from our homes, and we believe most of our guests understand that and are awesome! But we did have enough trouble incidents that we have felt the need to outline in detail the guidelines we expect guests to follow, first and foremost being the quiet hours between 10pm and 8am which is really for the sake of our neighbors sanity. Really our goal is to provide the most a comfortable and clean well kept rental home, as well as, an awesome Seattle experience.

3.【NO SMOKING】
If any signs of smoking are detected, the guests agree to pay a $300 violation fee.

4.【NO ANIMAL】
Unfortunately this property is animal-free, NOT animal friendly because the homeowner is highly allergic to animal danders/hairs. We`ve got exemption from Airbnb so please DON`T book if you plan to bring an animal with you. Also note if an unauthorized animal is found in the vacation home, we will ask that it be removed immediately and a non-refundable fee of $500 (sometimes up to $1,000) will be charged.

5. 【NO SHOES】
We appreciate that you are helping to take care of the cleanliness of our house! Please kindly remove your shoes when you enter the house.

6.【Self Catering】
This is a self catering home. We will provide an initial starter supply such as toilet paper, etc. Extra supplies will need to be purchased from the store at your cost.

7.【Early check-in】
We’ll be happy to accommodate early check-in but there is an early check-in fee of $100. Availability is based on whether there are guests checking out on the same day as your arrival, so we can ONLY approve on a case by case basis once confirming with our cleaners that the home will be ready. Please check with us 1 day prior to your check-in date.

8.【NO late check-out】
Unfortunately we can`t accommodate late-check out, since we usually have same day check-in and we need to give our cleaning crew enough time to tidy up the house for the next guests.

9.【Dispose trash in the right bins】
Please sort out garbage and recycles and dispose those into appropriate cans. If you are not sure, please leave them inside house and our cleaning crew will take care of them.

10. 【Lost & Found】
Please take all of your personal belongings before you check out. If you forget something at the house and would like us to ship it back to you, we will charge $100 handling fee + the shipping fee (receipt will be provided).

11. 📆【Long-stay Bookings】
Note: For stays of 14 nights or longer, we require a security deposit equivalent to twice the cleaning fee. For Airbnb bookings, this will be requested through the Airbnb Resolution Center. For VRBO bookings, the deposit will be collected using the card we have on file. If no deep cleaning is required upon checkout, the deposit will be fully refundable.

Had a great time staying at the house in Wallingford. It was just as explained on the listing, and the main house had 5 bedrooms and the back cottage house was like a smaller apartment, so plenty of room for all 6 of us to have their own place to sleep. The neighborhood was nice, and the proximity to the University of Washington for the football game was perfect. Our host was incredibly accommodating and communicative, which is always appreciated. Would absolutely stay again when we come to the area.

The amenities were terrible. Heat didn’t work, only a handful of towels for a party of 10, mold on ceiling, strong bleach smell, no toilet paper holder, no towels hooks or rack, no shower liners, stains on furniture, coffee pot downstairs didn’t work….the list goes on. The host responded quickly but did little to fix anything.

Celebration 50th wedding anniversary and Obliteride walk

The best thing about our stay was the location. It was near our son’s home and Gas Works Park, as we participated in the Obliteride. 1. Garbage was an issue. We were asked to take previous renters garbage to the curb for pick up but due to huge over flowing cans, waste management refused to remove odorous garbage. 2. Back steps and porch dangerous, steps in poor condition. Risk for older people (we are in our 70’s) 3. Overly priced for three days with no cancellation dates allowed. 4. No air conditioning. 5. Basement has mold odor. 6. Outside exterior needs repair. 7. Poor landscaping, uneven paths. 8. No reviews available, VRBO staff reported that company owned homes are not required to have public reviews. With improvements rental should be satisfactory.
